Gorgeous riad in the centre of Marrakesh. A real hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and staff were really accommodating Nothing!

Stepping through the door from the bustling souk in to Palais Chadmi was like stepping in to an oasis. It’s cool and calm and peaceful. The team are fabulous and just a delight. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner on the rooftop one evening at sunset, which was one of our favourite meals eaten in morrocco. The room was lovely and peaceful, the bed super comfortable, and the AC a godsend. They allowed us early check in and late check out, and were just generally fabulous. We both agreed that this is now our ‘go to’ property to stay at when in Marrakech. Nothing to note, but as in all of Marrakech there are a lot of steps with no elevators.

The location The staff were almost nonexistent and very unfriendly. Didn’t get properly checked in. The place was run down and flooding in the main hallway through the roof. No explanation or apology from anyone. There was loads of hair in the sink and the shower didn’t work properly. It also flooded the bathroom when turned on so had to use it as a handheld head. The rug was filthy and one of the chairs was broken. The safe also didn’t work. Generally felt unclean.

The hotel is undoubtedly very charming, located right in the heart of the medina. It's surprising how quiet it is inside the hotel, considering that as soon as you step outside, you're in the middle of the bustling market. Check-in and check-out were very quick and hassle-free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the double-deluxe "Secret" room, and unfortunately, the pictures online make it look much nicer than it actually is. There’s a reason why there are no photos of the bathroom on the website – while it was clean, it definitely needed renovation. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. The room is spread across two floors, which should be clearly mentioned in the description, especially for guests with mobility issues. There are quite a lot of stairs, and the only bathroom is located downstairs. Another downside is that the room is very dark—natural light barely reaches inside, so you need to keep the lights on even during the day.

We stayed in the 2 bed apartment. Its was spacious and tasteful decor. There was even a walk in closet for all of our clothes. Was cleaned daily Towels left daily The host Raja was amazing. NothingWas all great

Very nice staff, always happy to help! Manager was really helpful! Just expectations with the photos were to high for the reality! Generally clean, but just little details that can make the difference is not there! The riad has a lot of potential to become better!

This riad is beautiful and we loved the style of it. It was comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast. For us it was a little difficult navigating the stairs without a handrail as my husband is disabled.

Excellent breakfast available to be served in courtyard or on roof terrace. Location was excellent for sightseeing although a little difficult to find. There is no sign at the entrance which made locating it very difficult upon returning on our first night. Had a nice big bedroom but the bathroom was downstairs via a narrow twisting staircase that my wife found difficult to negotiate.

Beautiful Riad in a central location of the medina. We had a lovely stay in this peaceful Riad, a relaxing place to come back to after spending a busy day in the hustle and bustle of the medina. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely served on the rooftop in the mornings.
