Receptiin staff wasn't always available for assistance. We only saw them when we arrived. Never again .

The room had such a strong strange smell that didn’t go out the whole stay there. Bathroom didn’t feel super clean.

We liked the traditional design of the Riad and the rooms . The staff was really good and helpful and the breakfast was amazing . It was a little difficult to communicate without having someone who speaks French. Maybe someday a little renovation would be good

The host was very helpful with a few things, especially navigating the streets of marrakech. It's not easy to find, and when you do, eventually find the place to make sure you don't forget the location. Need to be clearer on breakfast times.

Friendly staff, cheerful Clean, Internet WiFi kept dropping for few days which was annoying Also breakfast was very basic Had commination issues as manager only spoke French So was difficult explaining myself

Breakfast was very good. Frederick was very friendly and helpful and the locals too, especially the kids playing football with us in the street. We enjoyed our stay in Riad Ka. The place is beautiful.
