IZZA Marrakech

The staff was very helpful and nice, they definitely made our stay outstanding. They gave us so many tips and recommendations. The hotel is so pretty, is like an oasis in the middle of the Medina! We loved it so much!

Everything! Never stayed in a riad before so didn’t know what to expect. After stay I can confidently say I made the right call with this booking. It was that amazing! Family or friends now going to Marrakech will 100% be directed to staying here and no where else. 10/10 Didn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Izza and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The breakfast was incredible—delicious, generous, and so filling that it kept us going well into the afternoon. Every member of the staff was superb, warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. We stayed in the Marella room, and it was noticeably larger than most riad rooms I had researched within the Medina, which was a wonderful surprise. The location was also ideal—right next door to Dar Yacout and just a short walk to the souks, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. One of my favorite things about Izza was its beautiful collection of art throughout the property. It gave the riad so much character and made every space feel thoughtfully curated. We also appreciated being able to cool off in the small lap pool during Marrakech's July heat, and the rooftop restaurant was fantastic, offering great food in a beautiful setting. If I had to choose just a few highlights, they would be the exceptional hospitality, the stunning design, the delicious breakfast, and the perfect location. Izza was the ideal home base for our time in Marrakech. The A/C wasn't as cool as we'd hoped.

Breakfast was excellent. The riad is beautiful with 2 pools. Hammam is experience was good. Staff were very helpful with making a return, going out of their way, etc . Booking transfers or cars through the riad were significantly more expensive than taking a taxi, as they were private drivers, but of course was very convenient

Spa service did not match other experiences and the hotel standard

Everything literally was perfect.

Yyves suite was superb. Very thoughtful & comfortable. Pool was great. Cocktails from the bar were not good. Bar tending seems inexperienced. Service was thoughtful though.

Beautiful property, with great attention to detail. Beautiful room and bathroom. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the roof as well as the bar area later in the evening. N/A

The staff was first rate and very responsive and helpful before we arrived with immediate replies to my emails to helping with delicious room service after we arrived past restaurant hours. And a great breakfast at rooftop in the morning. Great hammam as well!

Helpful staff!

Absolutely beautiful Riad where Marrakech' tradition meets creative modern art. Could spend half a day exploring all the thoughtfully placed art pieces, the hidden nooks and their diverse greenery. The restaurant at the rooftop served delicious food and the staff was really friendly.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever visited!

Tasteful design mixing traditional Moroccan feature with a twist of art and modern amenities and comfort. Most surprising was the food at the restaurant, truly amazing!

We were picked up by the driver at the train station that we pre-booked with the riad before arrival, and was dropped off at the riad, but i believe it's a little bit tricky to reach alone specially at night. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. Salma showed us around the riad which was exceptionally beautiful the photos at the website does not do justice to the beautiful hidden gem. Salma is very accommodating the day we arrived i fell sick and she called asking if i was doing okay and if i needed any help that was so sweet of her. They have a small boutique inside the riad that sells exceptional souvenirs you will definitely find something that will catch your eye there, thank you ghezlan <3 she's very warm and welcome . NON.

Stylish oasis of peace and luxury. Staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you, the heated pool was fantastic and the food and drink top notch. There is nothing negative.

Exceptional

Although it is within the medina and close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and at night there is low light so it is confusing to get back.

Stunning hotel with brilliant food, and lots of loungers on the roof to enjoy the sun!
