Clarion Pointe Marshall

The room smelled and the shower was not well maintained. There were also several bugs in the room.

I was searching for a vending machine late night after midnight and was unable to locate it. Besides that minor issue everything was great.

The location was very convenient, the staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We felt welcomed from beginning to end. The food was excellent. We ordered supper from the restaurant and it was very good. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had many choices.

The beds were comfortable as were the linens, and the shower was fantastic with great water pressure❣️ The hallway had a musty odor. The carpet and wallpaper in the hallways needs to be replaced and the pool needed cleaning.

Room was very musty smelling , I had to open the windows for several hours to air it out. water stains on the window shade, and the couch was broken down and dirty. Lots of traffic noise , and room was right next to the ice machine. There was a cockroach on the windowsill in the morning. Blackout curtain worked very well, the bed was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and the bathroom was clean, but the hook on the back of the door was falling off, no exhaust fan. Body wash was watered down, barely lathered. Excellent Little Italian / pizza place within walking distance.

They had squeeze containers for shampoo/conditioner/shower gel.. had replaced shower gel, but forgot to remove cap. I did not figure that out so went without until my husband g figured it out. Disappointing that it was not ready to go. Weather related (super humid) but tile floors in bathroom really slick/dangerous

Room was clean and nice decor. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Great family-friendly hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again! Honestly, we didn’t have any major issues during our stay. Everything met our expectations.

Room was good, just watch out for spiders that make their way in. We had a spider and cricket in our room.

Older hotel clean staff helpful and friendly

I was on the 2nd floor which usually is great, unfortunately the property doesn’t have an elevator. Just be aware you will need to carry your luggage upstairs.

We have stayed here several times, passing through. The Hotel and staff are always nice. The breakfast is always good. It was under construction our last visit but was still comfortable.

All round good but the room smelling is bad

Breakfast and location were fine All of the rooms (4) I booked had a bad MILDEW SMELL. Shower wasn’t cleaned had someone else’s hair on the shower walls

Wow cool place. Nice big rooms, full lobby bar (with live music the night we were there)and Resturant. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal rice and coffee. Big pool secure location. The staff were amazing! so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived until we left.Did not eat at the Resturant but the menu looked good. They have a little store there where you can buy things. free fresh cookies when we checked in. We will stay here again I am sure of that.

The front desk people were great It smelt weird. Needed to be painted in a lot of places tub didn’t drain well it just seemed a little ran down

Very Clean room nice and quiet stay

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The beds are were so comfortable.

I arrived when their water was shut off and had a boil notice. I booked this hotel for the restaurant inside. I was put off by the front desk staff when I asked what are some good restaurants around. I just flew from CO to DFW and drove over to Marshall to visit an old camp. I was exhausted. I didn't get a response. Luckily I found Wal-mart and was able to get something to eat and also water to drink. If I would have known before I walked in I would have cancelled and stayed at a different hotel.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable, location is great and close to restaurants. The staff was rude and not very helpful. When they cleaned my room, they would take the dirty linens but not leave clean linens.
