I liked everything but the one thing that I counted on was the pool and it out of service but the staff were all great.

Cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very polite and professional. The property needs work and repairs. The cover over the entrance into the building is falling apart with rotted wood. Inside the building is a closet that was open all the time with wires exposed. 2nd floor

Nothing... lost 142 dollars through booking.com as Fairfield Inn overbooked and didn't have a room. Had ro pay for another hotel near by.

I had made a booking online, upon arrival i gave her my name and told her i had booked a room earlier. she asked for my license, then handed it back and said i could put in my card. She handed me my room key and sent me on. Upon arriving in the room i noticed it was the king room i booked, but i was so tired i was okay with it, went to take a shower and it BARELY worked, tv also didn’t work. before going to bed i checked my card and noticed I was charged for another room, not the one i had booked and paid for. so i paid for 2 rooms. I went to front desk and no one was there, the following morning about 3am i was leaving and was going to try to get the problem fixed and no one was at the desk again. i’ve emailed and have received nothing. We had asked for an ADA room with a bathtub and they gave us a room with a shower, and the person that the room was four cannot take showers. There was no room in the room for a mobility scooter.

The beds were horrible. Both queen beds were hard down the whole middle, as if a board 2 foot wide was under the mattress. If you rolled off that area if the bed, the mattress would collapse and almost roll off bed. The sheets were itchy. I stayed in two other Fairfield’s this week and they were awesome.

The property should have called and informed us about the situation so we could have booked an alternative accommodation. Instead, when I checked in at 2 am, they informed me that the water supply was slow. Given that it was so late at night, I checked in, but there was no water at all. Consequently, we had to do an early checkout since we needed to use restrooms elsewhere. They mentioned that the manager would call to process my refund request, but there was no call. The hospitality at this property failed at multiple levels.

Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the room. Overall the hotel would have been amazing if the staff has better service and the room was cleaned.

There were bugs in my room; the phone in my room didn't work; when asked could I speak to management to address th concerns I was lied too and a manager did not come talk to me or follow up....I was told by the staffthat managers are not on duty on the weekends. The last night I was there....a nice young lady told me that managers have unpredictable schedules but do not work on the weekends at all. My toilet had an issue and there was no one to fix it because maintenance doesn't work on the weekends.... horrible.

Hassled about security deposit even though it was put into the reservation.
