Best hotel in texas

Nice place. Stopped on a whim as I was tired from driving all day. Friendly clerk, clean property, clean room, and good breakfast. Parking was easy and the area felt safe.

I almost gave this hotel 5 stars, but there were a few minor issues. The room smelled kind of musty when I walked in. It wasn't unclean, but it definitely didn't smell great. It needed to be refreshed before I checked in. This is not the fault of the staff, but the barriers between rooms are way too thin. The noise above me was pretty terrible when I stayed. Otherwise, the room was very spacious and cleaner than average. Everything worked well. The pool looked incredible, but I didn't use it. There's a nice waterfall by it. The breakfast looked good, too, although I didn't eat in the morning. Staff at the front desk was very nice.

Very clean and secure hotel to stay during our road trip. We wanted to spend the night in Shreveport but couldn’t find any decent priced hotel. So we drove another 30 minutes into Texas and found this place and it was perfect.

Very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Helpful staff. Didn't use the pool but it looked great...more like a pool youd find at somebody's home. Looks like a lot of pride goes into the hotel. Highly recommend. Gem of a hotel at this price, very pleased.

Clean, spacious rooms, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Thermostat didn't hold temp as tight as I'd like and the breakfast was discount hotel bland, but hard to beat for the price.

The bed we’re comfortable, the rooms was big. The lady at the desk wouldn’t open the pool because “it might rain” and then she “might be busy” to close it if it rains.
