Nice place to stay if you every visit Marshall clean ,staff is great

Maid service daily. Small bugs in the room. TV reception spotty. Continental breakfast was just coffee

The host was very kind person. He even allowed to charge my ev. The place is a bit run down setup. I don't recommend for families with kids. The booking site offers breakfast, but there was nothing available. When asked, they gave coffee with cream, not even actual milk. The shower was never running cold water, just hot water and I couldn't use it. Overall not so great experience considering Holiday Inn or similar choice available at the same price range. Go for this option only if you just need a bed to crash for the night.

I stayed all week and they never made the bed. Also there is bugs in the rooms.

No pool and cockroaches in room very run down

Waited 10 minutes to check in (had to call the number on Google and the guy sounded half asleep and looked asleep, same with the check out woman), room was gross, stained walls, broken restroom door roaches, AC was loud, cobwebs on the walls, unknown stains on the sheets, old pillows (they had that yellow tint). Worse place I have ever stayed but the stay was a last minute choice cause we had been driving all day. Don’t stay here

Rooms were unfinished there were no lamps the hot water barely worked there were construction workers drunk hanging out everywhere...trash trash trash

Broken toilet seat that pinches you, broken sink, broken window, bed uncomfortable and made loud noises. Broken TV. Guy at front desk was a pain about my service dog.
