They would not print us a receipt! We wanted to be on ground floor, they put us on 3rd floor!

The room was clean. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. I was able to enjoy coffee and hot chocolate. Will definitely stay again whenever I’m in Marshall, TX

The property was clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The pool area was nice. The water was perfect and easy to get into. My only complaint was how loud the AC was but being that it’s summer time in Texas I’m sure it was working overtime. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was OK. The breakfast was OK. Only thing was wrong with the chicken wings, cooking a pancake batter and no bacon.

AC didn’t work in first room, moved to another and AC would only cool to 74 degrees. No other options, live with it. They need to upgrade their facilities.

Great property located in convenient, quiet location. Staff was readily seen and available to help. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our toilet handle was broken but functional. Bad on me that I forgot to report but I bet housekeeper flushes every day. Clean and quiet. GPS had a hard time getting us there. It’s on a dead end road.

Breakfast is great, the towels are awesome, we loved the complimentary toiletries, two types of pillows (firm and soft), and complimentary 24 hr coffee! The hallways and breakfast area were way too cold for us! The TV didn't have enough channels (or the options we like to watch at home)
