Location. Value on a normal day. The clerk said because I booked the room with a third party service rather than directly with Motel 6, she had to charge a $50 security deposit. This has never happened before. I am LIVID because this caused a domino effect of $112.00 in overdraft fees with an account I used to pay for the room. This would not have happened if the charge were applied to the card I booked with or not at all. I will continue to contact their customer service to attempt a reimbursement, or at the very least a couple of comped stays.

Well, there were some female hygiene products in the trashcan in the bathroom and there was not a trash bag in the trashcan. I kind of expected there to be small bottles of shampoo and soap, but there wasn’t.

Room was nice and had a lot of space Not enough outlets no coffee maker in the room, no iron and I asked for downstairs and a handicap room and there were none available had to go up and down stairs my whole stay
