Convenient location to the highway

I was so excited to stay for my daughter’s 13th birthday. The room online looked perfect online and the pool. However when we got there, everything smelled like cigarette smoke. The room had a filmy, grunge smell. The room was falling apart. The furniture was torn and stained and there were splatters on the walls. The refrigerator was dirty and the microwave was dirty too. The lamp shade had some gross brown dots growing up the inside. Very disappointing for the price. My daughter was saying there were bugs in the juice in the morning breakfast. Sorry I wanted to give a good review, but I have to keep it honest.

This was a nice budget friendly spot to stay for the night.

Cleaning job done was obviously lazy. No remote brought me another one. Never worked just sub par property over all. 2 stars and that’s being nice. Sheets got stains on em. Chair in corner had all hair in creases just lazy cleaning job overall

The lady at the front desk, I didn't get her name, was most friendly and helpful. And everyone was kind enough to hold our son's water bottle he left in our room until we could return for it.

Room i stayed in refrigerator was not working, tv was outdated and room was kinda small and I seen a bug crawling on the bed I was laying in..

No coffee maker in room. They did find us one. Trash cans are too tiny.

Hotel Was Good Except For The 50 Deposit They Don’t Tell You About Til Day Of Check In

It was kool will stay there’s next time I come to the city!!!

No ice in ice machines. Staff seemed to have trouble keeping food and coffee replenished for breakfast.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

Quick trip for a concert and it was the perfect location. Easy parking, clean and friendly service. We would stay there again.

As we entered the first room we were given, the door's retracting bar actually pulled completely out of the door frame. The door could not be closed. Management did quickly assign us a new room. The following morning there was a brief heavy rain, the window leaked and there was a large puddle of water on the floor. It appeared this was not a new problem as there was a water line on the wall under the window. On our way to the second room, there was a pile of laundry in the hallway which was still in the hall the next morning. The location was convenient for us, it has a pool and has a morning breakfast.

A/C leaked water all over the floor. And only 2 outlet worked in the room.

Bathtub drained too slow, tub filled up while taking shower. (Hate when that happens.) My room was 411. Forgot to mention that to clerk at checkout, so please pass this along. Decent location near expressway and local shopping. Nice, family-oriented staff, good complementary breakfast.

First time staying at a Best Western Plus! The front desk clerks were friendly and appeared eager to assist. Our rooms were clean, minus a pair of 4XL woman's red panties found behind the bathroom door which i immediately threw in the hallway for the housekeeping staff to discard as they were still cleaning the room next door but they just pushed it into a corner, thus my rating of a 4. The ac worked perfect, the beds were confortable, the windows hung black out curtains, the breakfast hot food was adequate.. I esp liked the homemade yogurt, the surrounding stores were perfect had a Q-T for soda, ABC for adult beverages and the restaurant Bandana BBQ was ok...overall... I'd return and recommend..
