Mold in our bathroom, we had to ask 5 times for a plunger for our toilet (which seemed to not be flushing right) to be told to plunge it ourselves. (Same happened with people we were staying with in the hotel in their room). Breakfast was sub par.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No waffles and minimal options.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of food. Our suite was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a 3 day weekend. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels. Reception/Guest Services were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. It was within 20-25 minutes of the zoo, union station and the downtown and within minutes of the Westport Plaza. Highly recommend.

Already planning our family next staycation. Pleased with our stay. The property is very clean and smells great. The amenities are new. I slept comfortably and my children enjoyed their evening away from home. The pool is a decent size & the outdoor sitting area, mini golf, & grilling area are very nice add on’s. We will be back!!!

The room was dirty when we arrived. It was late so we stayed anyways and I let the front desk know. The next morning I talked to the front desk and they assured me it would be clean. We gut back and it was again not clean. I am furious!

Today was horrible. I have videos and recordings of the trash behind my television, but I’m a nice nightstand. There was a bug looking in our sheets with our sheets out. And the staff once I told him about it, it was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

staff was very nice hallway and room was very stuffy and no fresh air. i did not like seeing "CDC recommends masking and that your hotel encourages it" on our confirmation. i called hotel to make sure this was not correct. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR CONFIRMATION DELETING ALL THAT ABOUT MASKS...AS WE ALL KNOW THEY DO NOT WORK. NOR WILL I SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT ENCOURAGES MASK WEARING. Towels were old, floor in bathroom was not cleaned behind door.
