This is a beautiful property, feels more like home not a hotel. Great amenities and breakfast. Would highly recommend!

They are so kind.

I booked through Expedia and my card was charged in full for the stay at 5am the day of. Usually I’m not charged until I check in. I had to put my card on file for a cleaning hold charge. Woke up to a 4am alert that an additional charge for what looked like a nights stay was taken from my account. I asked front desk and was advised the nightly audit charged my card because of a flag “collect money from guest”. They did not take responsibility and told me to contact my bank. On a holiday weekend. Also, I booked for the indoor pool and it was completely under renovation. The staff did contact the hotel down the street so that we could use their pool. The breakfast was also pretty good here.

Very comfy beds/pillows. Will stay again!

Overall, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was great with a variety of foods to choose from. My picky eaters were happy with the options.

My family had moved to this hotel after experiencing a couple of other hotels that were not that great. I got in from a flight at 7am and they were so nice and let me check in super early for a $25 fee - so worth it. They also upgraded me to a nicer room. It's exactly what I needed after taking a red-eye flight. I would definitely stay here again! Honestly, I don't like the coffee that was served, but it's the same coffee that they serve at other IHG hotels as well. I also heard others say the same thing about the coffee. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

The room needed extra bedding for the couch pullout bed but overall, nice clean room. The pool is under construction so cannot be used. The complimentary breakfast was a good variety of food and drinks. The parking is $10, not the $5 Expedia states. I would visit again when the pool construction is completed.

This is a clean, safe, well run and well-maintained property. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They clearly enjoy their jobs and it showed! Pet friendly. I will definitely stay at this property the next time I am in the area!

I loved how clean the building was. The location was amazing! Our suite was like home. It was extremely spacious and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful! I was disappointed because the shower wasn't as powerful or strong. The pool was being renovated during our stay. The breakfast was okay.

Location No housekeeping. We stayed three nights and when enquired we were told no service on the weekends. Hmmm. Also the fridge was exceptionally loud but worked.
