Very pleasant staff room very clean breakfast was ok coffee bitter

The room was clean when we got there. We were there for 10 days and you had to request your room to be cleaned. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was eggs, waffles, cereal or bagels and toast.

The hallways were bright & clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The pool was a nice amenity & was clean. Breakfast was Ok. The bathroom could've been detail cleaned better, but was good enough. The bathroom sink had a constant drip. I think the breakfast service hours should be extended until 10:00 am at least on the weekends.

Location . Room not clean! Found a dirty sock under the pull out seat. Plus a smiley face gummy!!! My 7 year old granddaughter found it under the pull out! I was so thankful she immediately told me. I put it in a cup and took it down to the front desk!

Our room had dirt all over the floors in all the corners. The shower still had hair in it. The pool was so cold and had a garden hose running in it that we didn't even bother to get in it. The beds are very hard.

Stairway floors were dirty, large clumps of dried mud on the carpet. Bathroom walls poorly painted with areas around fixtures unpainted. Trim around bathroom door had dirty hand prints on them. Refrigerator had heavy layer of frost. Light switch was wired backward.
