This hotel has had a beautiful renovation. Our room was contemporary with great beds & lots of storage. The bathroom was beautiful with a rain shower. They supply plenty of towels. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Checked in at 5am due to car troubles. The staff member at the front desk was short with us and seemed annoyed by the task of checking us in. We still had to pay full price for the 6 hours we were there, even though hotel was not sold out. Most places would have offered a discounted rate unless it was completely sold out. We asked for a late checkout, or for our room to be cleaned last since we had been up all night driving and was told no. We hung the do not disturb sign on the outside of our door so that housekeeping would not try to clean the room early, but they ignored the sign and came knocking on our door at 8:30am. and again at 10am. Check-out was supposed to be at 11.

The staff allowed her and a guest to harass me.my autistic granddaughter was screaming in room cause she was scared. My grandson is in hospital. And so we were already stressed. And they began harassing and guest kept popping hos hand into other hand to intimidate us. Not amused. Left computer and phone charger there and they refused to return them. Even after we called early this morning confirming we left them there.
