This is an older property given a coat of paint and new furniture. It was clean. The HVAC allowed humid air and road noise into the room. The shower was nicer than average (mild stream) even if some of the fixtures were loose. The breakfast was adequate. The check-in clerk was chatting on the phone leaving us waiting. The bed was better than average, but do bring a night light. On the whole, I'll give it a solid middle of the road "3" rating. In other words, I'd stay there again.

I had found dirty towels and clothing under the sink, asked to have it removed while we were gone, it was not done. The dehumidifiers in the hallways were not being emptied. The jetted tub for two was awesome

The room was really clean and the beds were very comfortable! Great experience!

Arrived at 7:15pm and no staff were on the front desk. Had to use a phone to call them for over 5 minutes to get the staff member to answer. She was very pleasant when she made it to the lobby but I think it’s good practice to have a staff member on the desk since it wasn’t that late.

Great shower. Bathroom could use some towel bars. No place to hang towels.

Room was clean as far as we could tell. Front desk was helpful after they had completed their personal conversations both on the phone and in person with a friend (?). No hot tub. Elevator works quickly. Bathroom door would only latch if you lifted up on it as you pulled it shut and the toilet wobbled something fierce. Person stocking the breakfast was working hard but there were a lot of people there when we went so had to wait for eggs and such.Had one other issue with booking they were not willing to be flexible with, so be careful.

Great stay in Mason City with updated bathrooms, new carpets and good selection of warm and cold breakfast items. Laundry was by the indoor pool. Thank you for serving breakfast at 6 AM. Gave us a great start for a long day on the road.

Clean and modern. Good price (at the time). Offers simple yet effective breakfast. Lot's of food choices close by.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Newer property in good condition. Our room was right next to the street and we had a lot of road noise. Other than that, breakfast was good and we slept okay once traffic died down.

Very clean False advertising- the site states they have a hot tub. Staff stated they did not have hot tubs.
