Front desk staff was super helpful and friendly

The staff were smiling, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The parking lot is spacious, and the hotel is easy to get to. The bed was a little lumpy, and an ice machine and pop machines were out of order. The staff made this a nice place to stay.

The a.c. and lighting. My bed linens weren't changed and had brown stains on them. Clearly the bed was made only. There were only 2 towels. There was 1 blanket and 1 sheet only. It was cold.

We paid extra for a sofa sleeper bed it wasn’t in very good condition. It smelled and was wet the sheet looked dirty or stained. The pictures were not what we saw.

Room was good but had some damp smell when we checked in. After some time with the AC on it was much better. Staff was all very helpful and breakfast was good with good selection.

Good for a one night stay our air didn’t work very good but it was late they offered to switch us room but we decided to stay they brought up a fan and it worked wonderful! All in all I’d say 7/10. Wonderful staff!

Service was fast and friendly. Rooms were very clean, comfy and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. Check the bulbs in the lamps.

Lower level room, plenty of bed pillows, clean pool, good breakfast, pleasant & friendly staff! Our room smelled like foul/rotting food when we first walked in. Opened small refrigerator and found spoiled food in a to go container.

The worst bed I’ve ever slept on. The only thing g I can assume was they had bed bugs. I put a towel dwn on the comforter I didn’t sleep under the sheets, I was afraid to. The rm was clean so was the bathrm. It was the bed, it need a decent Mattress without bugs!!! Bkfst could hve been better up

Carpet needs to be replaced. The outside needs to be power washed. It was not a 4.89 star property. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were good. The ultimate selling point was the water pressure. The shower is why I will definitely stay again if I need to stop in McAlester.

I did have an issue with my tub leaking the entire stay (they couldn't get the part and I was offered to move) - but it didn't really bother me. Wish the Netflix option was working on the TV (it's in the works) and a guest laundry would have been nice. Very happy with my time there and would happily stay again.
