The Evergreen Hotel

Enjoyed a great stay in July. Enjoyed the sitting area in the room.

Clean and comfortable. Coffee bar in the lobby was ok

Motel was quiet AC was marginal Shower was good (walk in) Bed good

Nice facility but needs review by a mechanical engineer for better air quality and better management of pool chemicals

DO NOT BOOK, unless you don’t mind dirty rooms. The room was very filthy. I took pictures and videos, the blankets were ripped and stained, the bathroom walls were dirty, as well as the tissue boxes, the kitchen table was dirty with food on the sides, the AC was not working, the trundle bed and main bed had hairs from previous occupants, the couch also had wrappers and crumbs. Would not recommend to anyone else. We will be staying at different hotels for our bi monthly trips.

All around good stay

This place was perfect for our visit to McCall- close to town but we were spared the busy pace of downtown. It appeared to be freshly renovated and well maintained. Beautiful interior design, everything clean and fresh. Highly recommend.

Our room was large and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. The extra large hot tub was greatly appreciated.

The staff was hospitable and attentive. In general, the room was clean and orderly. Stained carpet in the room and the carpets in the hallway were dirty which was not appealing. The chairs in the room were not comfortable seating and lacked any support for those with back issues. Food and beverages were available to purchase and the staff in that setting were also pleasant and hospitable. Lots of convenient parking and easy to access rooms. Laundry, pool, and exercise facilities were clean, well maintained and easy to access.

The front desk staff was very unhelpful! It felt that they just wanted to hand the room key and nothing else ( no recommendations for things to do, asking them questions and it felt that they didn’t want to reply to your question) On the other hand the breakfast staff were very helpful always happy to help and provide the required level of service! The room was clean but there was no housekeeping and no one informed us about it! The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of the town and we struggled with the buggy because there is no pavement

I really liked the cafe located by the lobby and the pool area. The room was clean but i feel they were outdated. The room was stocked w coffee but would have enjoyed a water bottle.

The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The hot tub is good, but the indoor pool is too cold to be enjoyable, which is a bummer when you're looking to unwind after a warm day and a cold lake. The cafe's breakfast items have gone down hill since last year. Almost inedible. The grounds are still well maintained and the basics one looks for in a hotel are still very good.

First time back since the ownership change and I kept commenting how clean and nice it was! From the decor to the extra touches in the room, everything was perfect. We even rented some scooters to go into town. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel, swimming pool and staff are very nice. Check-in time seems a bit late and check-out time seems a bit early. Pricing seems high and should include complementary breakfast. Staff should make it clear that you need to hang a note on the door if you want your room cleaned.

The room was great! I was surprised by how much room there was and space to store things. Loved how clean everything was.

Always love staying here. Not a huge fan of how they do breakfast but everything else is really nice
