Had a good stay with my kids. They really enjoyed the pool. It's a small pool but kids loved it, especially since no one was using it when we went- we went every day we stayed after breakfast and even once at night! All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I am very appreciative of the breakfast bar being open until 10am! Also have a little shop by the front desk offering snacks including frozen pizzas and a pizza oven. I will be staying again! There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great!

Breakfast was underwhelming, with generic powdered scrambled eggs and hash browns that were microwaved. Not browned.

The staff is personable and very helpful!! This is the place I like to stay whenever in McCook. There was a minor glitch with the elevator, I believe the part was on order. It did not affect the two most important things to me: a kind helpful staff and a clean comfortable room!

Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean. Just know it's not a five star Marriott or Hilton property. But it's probably one of the nicest hotels in McCook. The staff was friendly, accommodating for us to check out a day early, and hard-working. The breakfast was well stocked right up until the end and had a good variety of options. Pretty standard for free breakfasts. We never used the pool so can't speak to that

the location was good . the room itself was good clean etc the elevator kept breaking down and I was there for nine days and every day I got told oh the guys coming tomorrow , the guy is coming tomorrow ! ? and by the ninth day I’d had enough and said you’ve been saying that for 8/ 9 days now . Breakfast was awful went once and never again . Went out and brought breakfast .

The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with good sitting room furniture and and good mini-kitchen. It was odd that staff were never directly available at the front desk. It was necessary to pick up a phone on the front counter and call them. They did respond promptly. The elevator was finicky -- at one point in my stay the call button did not light. I had to go to the front desk, call the clerk on the phone, and she had to 're-set' the elevator. Strange. Breakfast was typical. Parking was easy.

You can never find anybody that worked there. They all hid in the office. Had to call for service at the front desk and then the elevator wouldn’t work half the time and I was on the top floor and have had knee surgery still going up and downstairs is not the easiest.
