The night manager worked hard to help us rectify the problems. Tv had to be hooked to antenna. Floor was just dirty Floors dirty tv not hooked to work right

If you like to sleep in an 85 degree room without working AC in the heat of summer, this hotel is for you! Very disappointed in the lack of maintenance to fix the AC. My husband requested a new room so he didn’t have to sweat to death, but they were “full” and unable to accommodate. Staff dropped the ball. This place was one and done for us. My husband travels a lot for business, and trust me… there are better hotels in McCook. You get what you pay for. :(.

Blankets had pee stains all over them. Room was muggy and gross. Kids couldn’t swim because there were perverts, staring through the window and yelling inappropriate things. Breakfast was ok

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and had a variety of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The manager who checked us in and worked the breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere! Never have met a friendlier or more helpful person at any hotel we’ve stayed.
