House keeping staff stole my daughter’s smart watch.

Carpet in room was disgusting. TV did not work in room.

Staff were super friendly. Our room had an odd smell the entire time, the bathroom door wouldn't close entirely and the room just felt humid the whole time despite running the in-room air conditioner. Pool could have been warmer but my kids didn't care.

Great deal on a nice room. Friendly staff.

They gave up my room before check in time was over.

When I checked out early due to room cleanliness. The staff was discourteous when I told them why I was leaving.

We checked out after 30 minutes in the room. The manager refused to refund because we would not accept another room upstairs. We are an elder couple and cannot walk the stairs!! In telling him this he further refused to refund the money and started in on an aggressive rant because I called it dirty and began telling I was bias because he wasn’t white, asking me if I was a hotel inspector and that I had no right inspecting him and calling him dirty. (He did appear to have come in from working outside cause he was sweating, had a baseball cap on and a shirt with spots on it). He began calling me a “Karen” and told me if I said things about the hotel I could be sued. He was very belligerent and aggressive!!! After my experience I will never stay at Quality Inn nor will I ever book through the Expedia App due to their unwillingness to make sure I could a refund!!

The Breakfast was nice though.

Took 25 mins to check in. No one there to help, rang the bell four times and called the hotel phone twice.

Room was clean, no issues. Breakfast was more than adequate.

It needs a lot of help and fixing up

I booked a 2 bed queen suite and I got a king bed and sofa bed. Was told if I didnt like it I could cancel but this was what they had and had to just deal with it.

Property needs updated.

Foul odor when first entering the room, thought it was maybe because it was very warm and the AC wasn't on. I turned on the AC and went to use the restroom. The toilet lid and seat were strapped together with a paper strip implying it had been cleaned, however there was stool in the toilet, when I separated the lid from the seat, there was dried urine and hair on the seat and toilet rim. I left for work after that, upon return it was still very stuffy and hot in my room. When I attempted to explain the AC situation to the owner, he asked why I broke it then told me when I point one finger there are three pointing back at me. He then showed me where he keeps the cards that have access to all rooms, behind a plastic notice AT THE FRONT DESK! Not enough characters to explain everything.

Staff was very nice and friendly!! Hotel was just what we needed for a weekend stay!

There were many issues. The towels were dingy and thin. They needed to be replaced years ago. Ironic that there is a sign saying you will be fined if you use the towels to remove make up or grease/mud. The shower had many patches and the shower curtain was also stained and dingy. The keys and key folder are recycled over and over despite the grimy appearance. There are multiple signs telling you what you will be fined for but yet the "quality" of the facility and services is subpar. The breakfast left much to be desired. The pool was awful looking, when you walk into the room the chlorine odor is overpowering. The owner is a jovial person until you bring issues to his attention. He blames you rather than offering customer service. The poor reviews on trip advisor are accurate.
