DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet. Had to shoulder the room door open (got worse throughout stay). Man from the front desk said he had to bring us towels and fix the TV (it never worked). Bathroom light was burned out; took another bulb from the room to use in there. Had to repeatedly open the toilet tank to stop it from running. Shower temp randomly changed from cold to scalding. Stains and mold on bathroom ceiling. No extra toilet paper. Toiletries were one bar of soap and a half-empty bottle of shampoo; room coffee was years old. Linens were old—nothing like the the listing (or what I’d seen in prior stays in the main building). Multiple large dogs kept in other rooms and ran loose in the parking lot. Cars in the parking lot never changed—most were full of belongings (looked lived-in). No issue with that, but it explains why this felt like transitional housing. We were obviously the only “hotel guests”. Trash sat in hall for days. On our last night, there was feces on the stairs. If main building was undergoing renovation, we should have been told that at check-in or ahead of time (reservation was booked 3 mos prior). I stay in budget hotels around the country, and this is the WORST I’ve ever seen.

I called Expedia to tell them about our experience with a very dirty room. The central area where the unused pool was kept locked but not drained was also the dining area. It was dark, dark carpet no lights except from the street-facing windows. There is no elevator. Not ADA accessible but for the ground floors. Everything looked old and run down. That 7 star rating must have been for the previous management. The next morning, we could not reach a manager. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived nor when we left. Breakfast was cold cereal and old coffee. A few bagels and some juice. There were domed chafing dishes that had crumbs but were quite cold so I don’t know if the crumbs were from earlier that morning or just not cleaning in several days. But the room was the worst part. The bathroom was filthy. The bottom sheet had a small hole in it. One pillowcase had 2 holes big enough to fit several fingers through. I’m getting depressed just recounting it and there’s more to tell.

I have stayed in some less-than-perfect hotels before, but this place set a new low. Advertised as a “3.5-star” hotel, I wouldn’t give it half a star if I’m being generous. Where do I even begin? Let’s start with the toilet, shall we? When I walked in, I was greeted with the delightful sight of a toilet that was clearly left uncleaned for God knows how long. But, just when I thought it couldn’t get worse—it did. The only water running to it was *scalding* hot. Yes, you read that right. Flushing it felt like using a boiling cauldron. I don’t know what plumbing nightmare this hotel is running, but it was beyond unacceptable. You couldn't even wash your hands afterward without burning yourself, assuming you wanted to touch anything in that bathroom at all. As if that wasn't enough, the shower was a death trap. The water coming out of it was so hot it could peel your skin off. Adjusting the temperature? Forget about it. It was like the hotel wanted to make sure you left with third-degree burns as a souvenir. I couldn’t even bathe properly without fearing for my life. Now, let’s talk about the *nonexistent* cleaning service. You’d think they’d at least try to hide their incompetence by pretending to clean the rooms, but no. I waited. And waited. Three days passed without anyone coming to service the room. Towels? Didn’t get replaced. Trash? Overflowing. Sheets? Who even knows when they were last washed, if at all. I be

Rooms were not ready. Smelled smoky. Flies everywhere. Dogs barking. Ceilings falling down. This whole place needs to be razed to the ground and rebuilt. It shouldn't even be allowed to be leased. Nasty and very poorly managed.

This place is amazing a so comfortable safe area, clean and friendly. The staff is amazing they have an excellent management Stefan he had made our stay so wonderful. And there cleaning lady Kayla is overly awesome she makes sure we have everything we be we'd plus some. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Totally worth it!! Nothing i didn't like

Knew the motel and location from stays long ago. TV didn’t work. Cold water in shower. Finally warmed up after 15 minutes, and then too hot. No breakfast in morning at 8:15, after it was promised until 9am. No staff in building at all in the morning to receive my complaints, or to give me a receipt, or a 50% discount that I thought would be fair.

When checked in late no one at desk and no one would answer the phone...had to call 1 800 # and they finally got someone to answer and check us in. Outside building didn't look like a motel drove by twice before noticing a small signn;on the building. On website said had contintal breakfast . There was a area set up to serve but no food or beverages offered.

The main sign isn’t there. It made it hard to find after dark. There was a small sign on the wall, but it had no lighting. The clerk only gave us one key card. We had to ask for a second one, but it didn’t work.

Na The facility was very dirty and room was also filthy. My wife started to cry and so I found better hotel that was in good shape.

Tv remotes did not work. We lost power in our room and had to switch rooms. No hot water in either room. Matress protectors had dried urine on them in both rooms

The pictures from online were not as accurate. Pool was very cold. In the mornings, showers didnt have any hot water. Evening the water would be warm. Cable cut out on the tv

Breakfast was not offered as advertised, the hotel pool isn¿t heated and the room did not appear to have been cleaned recently. We found a pill in the bed and a used tampon in the soap dispenser in the shower.

Pool and hot tub not working. Sink wouldn't drain. Moldy bread served for breakfast. 12 pieces found so it wasn't a random thing. Used to be a great place to stay when visiting.

Absolutely everything, the shower didn¿t work, our room was dirty as hell, no towels and when asked for more they couldn¿t provide. No hot water. Smelled inside and outside room. The pool was not heated. Coffee was old. Breakfast was below poor quality.

Did not get the room i booked. My friend had to pay extra for a disabled room! Not okay after I spoke with owner/manager day of booking. Won’t use again.

Location As we walked in rugs were dirty, pigeon feathers all over the main entrance rug. Furniture needs to be replaced. The smell was awful. He informed us that the pool's heat pump was not working so the pool is cold and the hot tub didnt work. He told me this after we paid for our room and the room was so small it had two queen size beds when it should have only had one queen. Pulled back the covers and found a stain under the covers on the boxspring covering, the floor and wall in the corner by the bed was falling apart near the floor. In the bathroom the corner by the toilet was patched up very poorly, and the smell was bad in the room also. Just because of the smell I told the front desk guy that I couldnt stay here because of smell so he said he would issue me a refund. Its been two weeks and havent gotten my refund yet. They have no elevator and my husband had ankle replacement so they did accomodate us a down stairs room. The front desk clerk was very friendly, he said he was from India. I forgot his name. You get what you pay for, so a lesson learned.

The pictures on the site do NOT in any way reflect the reality of the conditions the hotel is currently in! There is no water in the pool, the hot tub is covered, there is NOT a pool table or arcade games and the hotel has a terrible odor. The room was very dirty, bugs in the corners, and in the area where the mini fridge was supposed to be located. The jet tub was so gross there was no way I would consider using it or the shower. If I could have gotten a refund and wasn't so exhausted there is no way I would have stayed. I feel completely cheated due to the false advertisement and false reviews!! I spent 150.00 for a room that was crap, the mattress was horrible and the bedding old and ultra thin. The parking area is dirty and dark, no security lights in an area of town that is not super safe at night.
