Terrible night stay. And then to add to the poor experience-- we accidentally left our personal pillow in the room and didn't notice until the next day. I messaged the hotel multiple times and called with no response. I was hoping for them to ship it to me.. but it seems there is no customer service available.

Couldn't find reservation, when finally found said room wasn't ready. We had called ahead to say would be checking in late. Arrived tired and just wanted to sleep. Would have had to wait at least 2 hours for cleaning staff to arrive and get room ready. Room should have been ready night before arrival since that's when our reservation started. Second time booked. Water pressure was poor. We'll never stay there again.

This place was not nice, it was very dirty. I am not sure why all the reviews say clean. Bad, bad, bad smells. I wished I had slept in my car because I would have gotten fresher air in there. I felt like I wasn’t sure what I breathing in as I was trying to sleep.

Staff & clean Tv not working

Handicap rooms are good because my mom is handicapped you're near a lot of different restaurants. Free breakfast Bed was too high, saw a roach, people drew dicks on the walls and punched holes in the door and walls in both rooms I stayed in. Shower in the regular room had no grab bar. Getting to the restaurants in the area is a challenge. The Guy at the front desk was eating curry and it burnt my nose when I was checking in. In the regular room they gave me a plain pen with no cap. Not much available for the free breakfast it's either waffles or muffins maybe fruit if you get there when they have it. The hallway stunk and had dehumidifiers in it. Someone obviously smoked in the bathroom of our room.

The fitness center was barely adequate. There was a set of dumbbells that were decent and they had a water cooler for those working out, but offered no cups, so bring your own. The elliptical creaked and squeaked loudly and seemed on its last leg. The main area smelled somewhat smoky and there was an off-putting odor in our room. The bathroom and room seemed very clean and the shower was great. Overall, I'd give this hotel 3 stars out of five.

Location was great, lots flof places walking distance Paid for a king room and got a room that had 2 doubles. Im 6'7" when I said something was told that was all they had. Bath towels had stains on them. Looked like some kind of dye or something like that. A lot of nats in the bathroom from sink and tub drains. Flooring was coming up and caused a minor trip hazard.

The overall condition of the hotel was poor. The hallways felt extremely muggy and uncomfortable, and there were people loitering outside the property throughout my stay, which did not make me feel safe or welcome. Customer service was lacking, and the cleanliness standards were unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Hotel was close to a lot of places, shopping food, etc. our room was clean. The staff was wonderful checking in and out. Parking was great. Would recommend others to stay here if they do visit this area and Georgia.
