The air conditioning could use some work was not as cool as it’s supposed to be

Breakfast at this hotel is literally just one apple. No coffee, no hot dishes, not even a simple sandwich. Calling a single lonely apple "breakfast" is a huge exaggeration on the hotel's part. A very unpleasant surprise in the morning

room was good, parkunf was good. I expected a waffle machine, a variety of breads and yogurt, options beyond super-sweet cold cereal and instant oatmeal.

Wifi didn't work tv didn't work cane down twice to let someone know. No one showed up they ignored us. Even told them wen i turned key in they said they were going to do something but never did. No calll no email no nothing g. Sorry motel do not stay here. That our accommodations were not met. And we paid 174 to stay one night.

Staff.. My friend went to go get ice.. clearly had a bucket in her hand from the room.. and was harassed about what room # she came from? Why would it matter!? Clearly she has a bucket in her hand! 2ndly! There were plenty of available rooms on the 1st floor! Why would you have your guests climb up steps if you have available rooms on the 1st floor! This is the 2nd time this has happened!! If there’s Available rooms on the 1st floor! Why not give the room to first come first serve guests instead of making us climb up steps? The front desk gives off rude? Like entitied! There’s plenty of hotels to rent from.. Then he just uncomfortably stared at my State ID for like 20 min which I didn’t understand. He said my middle name wasn’t on the reservation.. that’s common. Most middle names aren’t used when booking… I was very annoyed! I more then likely won’t be coming back.. the place is nice.. but I feel like checking in isn’t friendly at all! Just check the ppl in as long as their ID & credit card match & keep it moving.. it gives nosey. Like put purposely being difficult.. like the ice machine is free! Who cares! I’m tired of being placed on the 2nd floor for no reason so I won’t be coming back.. should try to be a little more friendly! At the front desk. Simple.. check ppl in & simple! Why would someone come with a ice bucket from the room & you harass them about what room we came from! Mind you there was a camera facing out door! Kindly

Really good The surrounding area is to “Keep Your Wits About You “ Be Observant & Stay Aware

Bad

It’s clean and the property management made me feel at home.

Clean, quiet, quick interstate access, food, gas & Walmart within 5 mins away. A lil sketchy area, Be mindful, Cautious and Observant at all times.

Passable

Don’t stay there

The room was very dirty and smelled like someone was smoking in it despite there being a no smoking policy. The shower was clean but the lounge chair, the table tops, and the toilet could have used a good scrubbing. The room was in need of a lot of repairs and the air conditioning unit was LOUD and smelled like the filter has not washed out in a long time. The front desk staff were very friendly but I definitely will not stay there again.

It's nice that they have pet specific rooms, BUT even though it says pets stay free on the website they charge $30 PER PET!

Do the deposit in cash they never give it back. And the night staff is horrible
