The property itself was nice and clean. The only thing we found wrong was the interstate noise. Made it a little difficult to sleep.

Room, very clean, bathroom spotless!

The rooms need to be renovated.

Friendly staff, clean room. My third time staying here.

The person that received us upon arrival was good . Morning from desk person was distracted on his tablet, drawing and not really paying attention. Better more attentive customer service would improve the experience. We really liked the TRU environment, wish we had more time to stay but it was an overnighter on way to home

The issue I had was the toilet was running the entire time. Management stated there was no one to fix on the weekend. I had to use ear plugs at night to sleep because the sound from the toilet was very loud.

The Staff members were warm and friendly. They made us feel welcome and got us right into our very clean room and bathroom. They shared hours for breakfast and directed us to surrounding restaurants and areas for shopping.

The breakfast, the games, the lounge area .The front lobby ,the information board by the elevators No microwave, loudness from upstairs stomping . No cameras in the hallway, how we couldn’t get extra towels until we return the old ones. No bags in the trash cans and it was mildew by the shower knob .
