Best Western Plus McDonough Inn & Suites

Breakfast was not up to standards.

As always, the hotel was clean and staff were wonderful. We checked in within 30 mins of making the reservation at 9:40pm after another hotel gave away our paid for room. Breakfast menu changes daily and is posted for the week on a sign in the breakfast space.

Was there for 1 night. Room was very spacious and clean. Will return again if im in the area

Clean and friendly staff and comfortable beds

The staff was so nice, everything was clean and pleasant. If I had any complaints, it would be to ask why our king bed had dinky little pillows? It was weird. But everything else was awesome!

The room was nice and clean. The only issue we had is we requested to have our washcloths and towels exchanged and was told housekeeping would come bring them. We never received them, housekeeping never came.

Our flight arrived later than we were expecting and by the time we left the airport, picked up our rental car and grabbed dinner, we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am. Check-in was super easy. I called to give a heads up of our late arrival and the gentleman at the front counter knew who I was right when I walked in and had everything ready to go. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. With our late arrival we ended up missing breakfast and did not use the pool. The location seemed to be in a safe area and the entire area was well kept.

The property was very nice and quiet. I didn't get to make it to the inside pool, but they open late until 11pm!! I thought that was great! The price was a little higher than I would normally pay, but there was an event going on in Atlanta. I will definitely be staying again when I am in the area!

Staff was very nice and helpful. King bed was very comfortable. I wish the pillows were a little bigger. Everything was great.

Not a bad place to just stop over. Breakfast was being cleaned up before 9, so that was a bummer. The fan in our bathroom was broken. It made the loudest sound for three hours before finally shutting off.

Avoid

Clean rooms, lots of parking space and good breakfast provided.

The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would stay here again.
