There was no towels in the room upon my arrival. The night staff was never at the front desk. They night table light didn’t work.

The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful during my check in. She went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. The bed was hard and the pillows were very flat and too soft.

I purchased the room because it was almost 5 stars. I booked the room for 2 days. I left out after breakfast that first morning and arrived back late that night. House keeping did not clean my sheets or give me clean towels. When I called the front desk, staff told me that the rooms get cleaned every other day. The water took 15 minutes to get hot and the bathroom light went out the second day. This room was a 1 star. The breakfast was delightful.

Tv would not work, had loose wires and kept turning off. Staff delayed coming to help until I went to front desk. I fixed wit tape after 30 min of trying. Checkout day the man behind desk would not get out of his chair to answer my question for water fountain - said there was none available. Went to breakfast area and woman there went to front desk and gave me cold bottled water all while front desk guy sat idle not being helpful at all

All the stuff from the front desk stuff to cleaning and Tech was very professional and courtesy I will stay there again and have my family members from out of town stay at this hotel because of the cleanliness and the great stuff it has. Everything was good
