Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta McDonough

Staff was great! At check out I was given a bill for about $75. I thought that I had paid in full online. Apparently since I booked with a 3rd party, the fee for my dog was not included. I'm sure that the dog fee was listed somewhere, however it sure wasn't posted anywhere obvious. Needless to say it was a big surprise. I will never stay at another Marriott seeing how you folks hide additional fees.

The staff here was great. So helpful and welcoming.

We had a good stay. It was only for 1 night on Father’s Day. The young man at the front desk that evening was very nice and helpful. I appreciate his courtesy. Our only complaint was the light odor in the room. It wasn’t overbearing or unbearable. It was just a light odor that was in the room. Very noticeable as soon as we walked in. Breakfast was good.

The check in staff was excellent. All the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I like that the room felt like home with all the extras that give you to cook and clean for your self I would have like some lotion in my room

The facilities are nice as it is a newer, well kept property. The Highpoint is the staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, or the people who clean the rooms they were as pleasant as could be and willing to do anything they could to assist. I especially want to thank the person who works preparing breakfast. She could not have been more helpful!

The staff especially the breakfast buffet staff were friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would like you to add back is the coffeemate creamer variety coffee creamer. I would stay at property again.

Love it! The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. However, the bathroom overall was superb.

Best hotel experience we’ve had. And best hotel in the McDonough area by far. The staff is amazing and really makes you feel at home. So fresh and clean with excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Great customer service, clean and comfortable room. Great location. Plenty stores and restaraunts close by. No vending machines, just ice maker.

Toilet tank overflowed in the middle of the night. No one was available to help. Fortunately I knew how to turn the water off, the bathroom floor was completely soaked. When someone did answer the phone at the front desk, she asked me to come down to pick up towels to clean the floor. I refused, and some towels were delivered a short time later.

I greatly appreciated it my sons ate it but it seemed like plastic or rubber Booking.com double charged $25 for a liability deposit at Super8 property I visited It hasn’t been returned yet Oh and the tv didn’t work in Residence inn suite common areas Tech came to room but couldn’t fix it either
