The mattress was so uncomfortable and the bedding felt damp. To be fair it was very humid due to rain, but it made for uncomfortable sleeping. The worst was the stain on the sofa bed that we needed for one of the children. Totally should have been replaced. We made a barrier with pillows for her to sleep on.

The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast area doe not have enough seating for the busy Saturday morning crowd and the food was running out by 7:30am. The kids running overhead in the room was a bit annoying at midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. Really pretty pool area, nice atmosphere. Lots of restaurants close by too.

The location is convenient, the hot breakfast choices were different every day, and the coffee bar was open 24hrs. Coffee had a smooth strong flavor. Our room was huge and the beds were comfortable. Soap lotion and conditioner provided on the shower wall. Plenty of hot water! Only problem we encountered was the room keys needed reset on a daily basis . Didn’t coincide with the length of our reservation .

The breakfast was very good, the pool felt dirty and after being in it, I caught a cold that I still have a week later. Everything else was great

Breakfast menu was fresh and good to eat! The room was very clean. Only small issue was the door to the room was so short at the bottom that a wide beam of light shined into the room from under the door at night and had to place towels there to block it.

The best location! The price was right. The room was HUGE! The only con was the one elevator for such a busy hotel. But I will definitely be staying again when I’m in the area.
