Nice to have a kitchen in the suite. Pretty clean.

I had to have the refrigerator changed because the fridge part was not cooling even though it was on high cold annd the new fridge was not that better; my produce spoilt and had to throw them out! Also, we had to wait and chase down someone with a baggage carrier to carry our luggage, as they had none by the main entrance.

Parking did fill at night but we always found a spot. There is another hotel next to them so I don’t know if that was the reason for the parking lot being packed. We were close to many stores (like Walmart) and lots of fast food places around the area.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and Dwayne was very nice with the food. Parking was great.

Hotel staff was amazing. I will say we were under the impression that we would have queen beds but those were double beds. And the elevator was little scary. Other than that are stay was great!!!

My reservation was canceled without any notification to me. I was traveling out of town for business and was forced to find lodging at a different hotel. The staff member on duty when I arrived seemed clueless and unwilling to help me.
