MAGNIFICENT STAY TRULY ENJOYED THE QUIET AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

Mold on caulking in tub area. Tub spigot pulled out 3/4" from tile and exposed hole in tile behind it that is probably growing mold behind drywall and dripping inside walls on floors below. Both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers mounted to the wall in the tub area were completely empty. I was going to report these conditions to the front desk at checkout but no one was at the desk.

We checked in late at night, and the room was in terrible condition. The bed sheets were dirty, the carpet was heavily stained, and one of the chairs was broken. When we reported the broken chair, the staff told us they were already aware of it but had chosen not to fix or replace it. Don’t believe any promises they make. The towels were also dirty. My wife developed a stye after using one of them, and our entire family became sick after eating the breakfast provided. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsanitary experience. STAY AWAY!!!!

Staff even while having 3 little leagues teams there was able to help me check-in and get accommodated with my room for me and my wife. Staff was very kind and cordial, most of all professional while dealing with the chaos happening lol

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was excellent. I did have 3 problems that kept me from giving them a 5 star. You had to repeatedly try the room key to unlock the door. It wouldn’t unlock on the first try. They had NO coffee for breakfast or during the day before. That is unacceptable to me. If they didn’t get the delivery, then go buy some coffee. Lastly the back door to the building wasn’t able to be opened from the outside.

I love the early check in. It was fairly quiet I got a lot of rest. Breakfast was great and it actually tastes great.

Breakfast was best I have ever had at a hotel. Cheese grits and bacon n biscuits. The rooms were large and nice. Bed was great. The elevator on the fourth floor scared em to death everyone on the fourth floor when it was hit the stop on roof and make a very loud noise. I told them tho they called elevator guy.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The beverage choices were good. When I arrived I could not check in because I was told that Booking.com had not forwarded my payment. I had to pay for the room I reserved, again. It has taken 4 weeks to be refunded my overpayment.

Lobby was clean and the morning staff was nice and friendly!

I liked that the room was clean and nice breakfast was good! location was great. The keys did not work, I walked down to the desk 3 times, however, I asked for another room and they accommodated me. so that was nice.
