Comfort Suites McDonough Atlanta South

Passable

Breakfast needed some help, but served its purpose.

The keys and the key card did not work had to go back and forth for like 15 minutes with front desk finally got them to give me a different room got to that room the door did the same thing and the TVs wouldn't work. I don't know why they need $100 deposit the whole thing is already trashed. And I really didn't like how they have the parking slip you put in your window but they write your room number on it also I didn't like that there was a lot of people hanging out and anybody can know what room number I was in by just looking in my car

Great

Location Hall carpets need attention

The staff made the difference and the breakfast was amazing Cost of snacks and soda for the kiddos but no big deal really just the only thing I could think of

Stuff was super friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was great. There are so many great restaurants and shopping centers close by

.

Very clean and close to places

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. It was also in a good location. Close to places to eat and shop. When we got to our room our key card would not work so maintenence tried to fix it but instead moved us to another room. When we returned from dinner the key card for that room also didn't work. So we had to go down to the front desk to get them fixed. We had a pull out sofa bed and asked for stuff for it and was given a small blanket and when I asked for a pillow he said let me see if I can find one. He came back with a very thin pillow. Also the refrigerator wasn't working in our room.

Like the location. Was convenient to our activities. Dirty linen was removed from bathroom while we were out but not replaced.

The pull out sofa was disputing crumbs and trash got on the sheets when pulled out. Person at desk kept leaving to deal with another lady. Breakfast we missed at 9got there 8:56 all food was gone. Juice did not work.

The location The parking is limited, thin walls, breakfast was horrible, the tub faucet had a constant drip - even upon arrival, the bed was not comfortable at all

Breakfast and location was very good The complication between Comfort Suite and Booking.com about my 3 nights and 4 days change from 4 nights and 3 days! That made my 4 days and 3nights very sad!

The property was nice but the housekeeping was a bit poor as our beds were not changed; they did come in and empty trash and replace towels.

Friendly staff, the place was clean and very comfortable and the location was great.

Everything was great and the staff was awesome

The location The cleanliness. The fact they didn’t use ac in hallways or the lobby, The room keys kept failing so you had to go get them re scanned, Breakfast waffle machine didn’t work correctly, there was trash on my floor in my room. The door needed to be slammed in order to close. Secondary lock on door was broken and could not be used.

Staff was friendly n helpful
