The room had stains on the carpet. The walls were damaged and the caulking in the bathroom was stained or molded. This is a shame because overall the property was nice and staff was very friendly.

We had a minor issue with our room at check-in, but the staff addressed our concerns immediately and professionally. The room was otherwise clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Great customer service made all the difference, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast small buffet with all the basic essentials that you need they had egg, sausage patties, bagels, yogurt, juice, and coffee, oatmeal pack cornflakes Lemon butter when you walk in the drink And a little convenience store within the facility There’s also a gym that was clean All staff was friendly an greeted you as you passed them Great place to stay

Hotel was nice. Staff was the worse I have ever delt with. My problems were with door not locking and having to move and laundry. Front desk doesn’t have quarters!

It was a great stay but next time and tome going forward I prefer a room on the first floor for all my stays there and the toilet sits so far down to low please and thank u

Everything was good

Stayed overnight on our way through to Hilton Head. The staff were very friendly. When it is late and you are tired from traveling, you want to be greeted with a smile and helped quickly—that was exactly what I got. We had 2 rooms. The door to room 1 was open, not all the way but just not latched so that was a bit unsettling. Our second room, it took multiple tries of swiping the key card to get in. The room appeared clean. The beds are harder than my preference. The pillows are super comfy. The shower had great water pressure but the bathroom door had blue duct tape on the latch part. Weird, but I was too tired to mess with it. The breakfast….well, there were no biscuits or plain waffle mix. There was 45 mins left of breakfast time but there was no restock. The juice machine is literally taped together—again with blue tape. The eggs had a ton of water in the bottom. We ended up having to stop for breakfast after we checked out. This hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay but it definitely wouldn’t be somewhere I would want to be for an extended trip.

Staff was nice but the they did not have enough towels for the guest. I had requested for my room to be cleaned and new towels by house keeping at 10:30/11 am she told me that they were out of towels so no clean towels. The house keeper was on my floor and our room was not cleaned. The night staff lady I didn’t get her name was helpful and was going to come and clean our room. I just told her to give me new sheets for the pull out couch and she was able to find us some clean towel.

Cons: Bathroom was outdated, shower curtain was moldy and floor was sticky. No front desk staff to ensure checkout. I had to just leave the key (which makes me nervous). Overall I would stay here again if needed.

Mold on caulking in tub area. Tub spigot pulled out 3/4" from tile and exposed hole in tile behind it that is probably growing mold behind drywall and dripping inside walls on floors below. Both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers mounted to the wall in the tub area were completely empty. I was going to report these conditions to the front desk at checkout but no one was at the desk.
