Housekeeping staff are friendly and responsive. Location is excellent for any kind of food you want to eat. Pool is nice, gym is nice. We go every year for events at Echo Park Speedway, its only a short ride away.

The front desk staff was amazing! The room was extremely clean to my liking For the rate I paid the elevators were tore up but not deemed out of service so I had to carry all my things upstairs and I have an injured sternum and clavicle from multiple gun shot wounds. Which my room was on the 3rd floor

The room was very comfortable, cool and clean. The shower water pressure was strong and massaging. The glass shower door didn't close all the way, but was an easy fix. The cafe had delicious breakfast and lunch options. The common and business areas were bright and comfortable. We used the workout area and it was cool and clean.

Everything was perfect from checking in all the way down to the hospitality staff. Very clean and quiet location. Loved the fact the room was right by the door and the stairs lead straight to our room

Staff was excellent and was very clean. The jacuzzi does not get hot like its suppsoed to. I seen other reviews on the jacuzzi also, so it seems like a great thing to have working properly but for some reason it's not. :/ overall the stay was great because the staff and it was very clean for not being up to date on appliances etc.
