Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. Usually, my stay is relaxing, but I was tired and ready to settle down after traveling for hours. The ironing board was broken when I arrived. I tried to check in early and was told to return later, but when I returned, the room still wasn't available. The room didn't smell very fresh. It smelt as if someone had just finished pouring a cleaning fluid. The carpet next to the split unit was torn, and the floor cement was visible. A few other things, but it wasn't the worst. Would absolutely stay here again. Property was clean. Room was clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our only issue is the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Bagels were hard enough to use as hockey picks, the eggs, meats, and other "hot" items were barely warm. Definitely better off going across the street to McDonald's in my opinion.

Everyone was nice but the property was just okay. The empty lot between this property and the Fairfield is now a huge construction site so it was hard to figure out how to get IN to this property. The room was fine. The breakfast was hideous. There was not much I would eat there. Even the juices were not real juice. No whole wheat or rye bread just white bread. The only thing I ate was a banana. The 24 hour coffee was nice but no stevia. We stayed at some other hotels in the same class and they carried stevia. The young lady who checked us in was lovely. I think her name was China. She is a gem

It was amazing for both trips. The front desk helped us change our room to a better suitable room for the night. We stopped at this hotel 2 times. Once going to Florida and then on our way back home to Kentucky. Everything was great!

There may be a pool there, but I didn't know where to find it - no one at the desk mentioned it and I didn't see signage directing one to it. All in all, it was a good stay and I would revisit.

Staff was great. No pull out sofa bed was available even though the reservation was for one. Pool was unsafe due to broken light in pool. Overall cleanliness of the property was unsatisfactory
