Clean well laid out rooms

What I didn't like was that the staff who prepared the food allowed dogs into the area where the food is although there are signs before entry into that area and in the area that dogs are not allowed. The cook even played with the dog in that area disregarding the sign. I complained to the front desk. They said saud they did not see it.

The room was nice, however I requested a mobility accessible room. I was given the room at the end of the hall. The door to the side entrance of the building did not close correctly so it slammed every time someone entered or exited the building. I did not get any sleep

Great breakfast!

The room was clean. The water in the shower was hot. The staff were courteous and efficient.

Staff is very polite, facility is clean, hot breakfast is always a plus.

Easy to get to and seemingly safe area. Worked for our quick overnight stay. It was good enough, weren’t there long enough to complain too much.

Clean room, nice staff!

This was my 1st time staying at this property. The staff were kind, attentive and provided information as needed. The breakfast selection was not as ample as I expected based on other places I've stayed at. The room was clean although it had a damp, musty smell to it when we entered it. I always carry B&BW room spray, so that helped. The linens & towels were clean. The bathroom was a little awkward as to the location of the toilet tissue and the bathtub had markings in the corner that appeared to be slightly repaired. My only major concern was the door near the elevators that led to the outside. When we returned to the property & had to park on the side of the building (pool area), the door had a card key reader, but we pulled on the door and no card was needed. Apparently, the lock was broken. Major safety issue as anyone could just come in and go up to the room floors. I reported this issue and was expecting it to be repaired in the event we entered that door again, & we did the next night. The door still had not been repaired. If I use this property again, I hope the door will be repaired. There was ample parking but be mindful that there is construction happening on Mill Road, which made exiting somewhat challenging. Overall, our stay was ok.
