Denizen Hotel

My stay was great! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Everything was nice and comfortable, and I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

Hotel Was Very Quiet And Clean

Highly recommend staying here. Nearby food options are excellent. Quick walk across the parking lot.

Clean, nice restroom & shower.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and seemingly recently refreshed with paint. This was a nice stay and close and convenient to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. I just wish they had a cute little continental breakfast

This was our second time staying at the Denizen. We stay 4 to 5 nights while visiting relatives in the area. It's very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff is great and friendly. I wish they sold cans of wine like they do beer and soft drinks. You have to buy an entire bottle of a brand I never heard of. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but you have to ask for more TP by the second day. Also, you kind of have to grab stuff off the cleaning carts to replenish your coffee, etc. if you don't have your room cleaned. Also, a filtered water machine in available in the gym room so you don't have to buy bottled if you don't want to. Will stay another time for sure.

Everything was very good, but it does get loud at night from the roadway.

Parking was super easy and the location is awesome - lots of food and entertainment within walking distance.

The room was nice and the parking was plentiful. Great restaurants close by. Easy access to the expressway and McKenny. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Hopefully this will be our go-to for all our future trips to McKenny.

This was my first stay at the Denizen Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by its cleanliness, warm hospitality, and relaxing atmosphere. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable - far more so than those at many other hotels I’ve visited. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely stay here whenever I’m in town.

Great stay. I would stay again

This was second time we stayed in the hotel. Excellent hotel and location was perfect for what we needed. The look is really neat. The only gripe we had this time was that we approached the hotel staff on Saturday evening and had some questions about the wine offerings for sale. She seemed annoyed at the questions and instead of just politely saying something like, "I'm sorry, I'm not sure", she answered in a way that basically was another way of saying "Figure it out". This particular person has been a one off because the rest of the staff from our previous stay and other times we approached the desk were wonderful.

Cozy and Cute hotel.

Great location and very good value for the money. The beds were also very comfortable.

Very good hotel, I will share some things, but please know this was my experience and I would still stay at the hotel if i returned to that area. For the most part the room was clean. We did have a few issues BUT they weren’t so bad that I wouldn’t stay there again. We didn’t get enough info on check in so we didn’t realize we had to request cleaning service each day in our room. The dishes in the room were unfortunately not all cleaned properly. I would suggest having some dish soap and small scrub pad for each room along with the dishwasher soap, that is for the current guest and just in case the dishes need a little scrub before going into the dishwasher. The hallway had a funky smell, I think it’s from the carpet cleaning like mildew that didn’t dry properly. So it was kind of a turn off there. But other than that it was a very decent stay. The rest of the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, extremely actually. We watched a man even be unbelievably rude to the front desk clerk one day and she handled the situation with poise and professionalism.
