Regret staying at this hotel, housekeeping every other day, breakfast sucks, dirty hotel, blinds don't work, complete disaster!

The room was okay. However, we found that they did not leave enough towels and wash clothes for the two nights we were book. We had to hunt down additional. The tub needs to be resurfaced badly. A roach ran across my face on Sunday morning, my husband found and killed it and a baby roach. The next day, while packing up, a spotted another roach. GROSS. When I shared with the manager, she so nonchalantly said "sorry about that" and left it. Not, oh my goodness, what can I do to assist you, move you or discount your stay. She just so easily disregarded me. The cart was falling apart and it was the only one to use. We struggled to get it through the hall and into the escalator. I WILL NOT EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. What a disappointment on my daughter's wedding day.

Also when I checked in, I asked the desk staff if there were any fast food restaurants nearby because I’m not familiar with the area, and his reply was, “I don’t know I’m not from here.”

Good one day stay

Finally, kudos to the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! We would definitely consider staying here again.

The breakfast was adequate but not what I expected. Very limited choices. Sausage and scrambled eggs were available but no bacon, biscuits or gravy.

A good enough place to stay for the night. The breakfast was okay, but good enough. The pool was closed for maintenance, so we didn't use. The carpet looked used can could use a refresher in a few more years.

The location is easy to get to. And it was easy to book. The receptionist is friendly The room had a funky smell.

I did not like that once we got to our room it smelled like wet dogs. We told the facility, we asked for a new room. They said they were booked. We did not sleep in the room. We did not unpack. The room was just like it was when we walked in, we asked for a refund the front desk lady told us that she would have to talk to the manager. The manager and the the higher up manager refused the refund after I tried for two days. I called corporate they said because they were a separate entity and that they could not help me. So please be sure that if you stay at this facility, you know they are not owned by the big chain. ! They were very very rude and insensitive. They are very aware that I was not even in the room 10 minutes, so I had to drive 45 minutes home and then 45 minutes back the next day to my function. I just think that's poor Customer Service just to refund a one night state of $111. What happened to customer satisfaction when you know the customer was completely honest.

Rooms were not cleaned well. The ac unit puts out musty smells. The staff was friendly.

The elevator needs to be updated and upgraded. It sounds n feels like it will stop and trap a person at anytime. It’s creepy!!!

You can tell it was a little older and needed some updating.

Room smelled like mold, cockroaches on the walls and in the beds. Tub has rust all over it. Door is misaligned so can see 1/8” crack on bottom seeing light from hallway. Didn’t even unpack my bags, turned around and went to a nearby hotel. Asked for a refund (booked two nights) and was told that the room was already charged. They can give me another, cleaner room, but after 6 hrs of driving, did not want to deal with that (it was 12am and my daughter was tired). Booked another hotel close by that was 1000% cleaner with no bugs. Should have read the reviews left about this property before booking. Last time at this chain.
