Holiday Inn Express & Suites McKinney - Frisco East by IHG

We had a great stay! The room was clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly. We had those infamous and delicious cinnamon rolls for breakfast! Thank you!

With replenishing coffee /food causing longer than desirable wait times. Manager was very accommodating to requests and questions. Not sure if the property is recently under new management as the interior areas appear to have recent upgrades, but the sitting area around the pool has furniture with holes in the chairs and does not appear to have been upgraded in sometime. All in all a great location with tons of restaurants and bars, nearby and very convenient for our stay.

They double charged my room. I spoke with them four times about it. They say they’re going to resolve it but still haven’t. Too much time taken and now will have to pursue dispute resolution. Hate it this happened. Staff was nice enough and hotel was fine. But this is taking way too much time for what should be a simple fix.

Could have been better

I think if they are going to be under this much construction they should close for a few weeks.

I thought that the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Especially Janet she is a very nice person and helpful too! The pool was a disappointment as the liner was dirty and I wouldn’t even dip my feet in the water because it did not look clean. It was 100 degrees and a swim sounded great u til I saw the pool. Our room was renovated but the bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the caulk in the shower was cracked.

Everything was great staff was wonderful

Great staff and breakfast. Close to the soccer field and the ice rink where our grandson played hockey. Also convenient to several eating places.

Front desk was so helpful and very friendly . We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thank you!

solo travel .... excellent hotel ... if next plan then again stay in this hotel .... but remember you must have a the car . excellent breakfast .... good room ... excellent bed sheet .

The family travels quite a bit. Booked a King size bed with extra room meaning a fold out sofa and got a queen with a so called couch was a disappointment. The breakfast was appalling. There were opened and used butter packs in the bowl. Plates of food were just left by guest in the food service area. Used utensils were left by the syrup station. This place was just gross. The family and I left to go pay and eat at another place. This was one of the worst stays in a Holiday Inn. Hope they will do better.

to buy from hotel it was priced $4
