The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Cleanliness was acceptable throughout the room except for the tub in the bathroom. It needed a thorough cleaning and the drain was very slow, I decided not to use it when it would not drain very well.

Staff very friendly at desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was better than expected. Window was painted over? Couldn't open door to patio. Bathtub was old and stained.

Cost and close to work. When we had an issue staff was right on it. Facility is ran down. Our air conditioner was faulty the first evening (82* all night). We purchased a fan at Walmart just to sleep. By mid day next day they purchased a new unit. My husband worked nights (slept during day), staff insisted our room needed cleaning and woke him prior to noon. We found 2 roaches at the end of our stay. They are trying really hard but the building needs an overhaul. We are not perfectionist but there was a lot.

Nothing The room was underground and damp and dingy. It was dirty, stains all over the comforter so I had to go to Walmart and buy bedding just to feel comfortable sleeping there. No breakfast, not that I would eat it. A creepy guy outside the door to outside all the time, as a woman alone it was scary to stay there. I won't stay again

I slept in and was not able to enjoy the breakfast. The location was perfect. There was really nothing that I didn't like. Everything was great!

Not all that clean. Especially the carpets in the hallways The place was “tired”. Lots of wear showing.

Meager, there was nothing left but a little debbi snack cake. We caught one of the employees going into our room an hour after our arrival, when asked what he was doing, his explanation turned into word salad. Barring the language barrier he looked pretty guilty.

The price was good. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Was happy

A smiling staff member surprised me with a delivery of ice to my room on arrival (ice machine broken). Didn't even have to ask. That was wonderful.

Price , location I booked a handicap accessible room and even called the hotel directly to confirm that the room was handicap accessible. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have any available.

Dated, but clean. Shower leaked noisily. Towels are thin. Not terrible for the price.

The location. The walls were aggressively pink. The cleanliness was questionable. Check in was super old school (paper forms). I booked due to location and breakfast being included, but the complimentary breakfast was literally just packaged honey buns and packaged muffins.
