Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom clean. Bed and other furniture clean and comfortable. Old carpet that felt icky. Refrigerator worked great. Breakfast was very good. Hot food, breads, juice boxes (100% juice) - all very good. Only caffeinated coffee and tea. The place is down-at-it’s-heels, but the staff are obviously working hard to make everything as pleasant as possible. The owners/management should give the staff more support by fixing up the place. The location is excellent. NO HOT TUB OR INDOOR POOL. We didn’t use the outdoor pool. Felt safe.

2 ice machines, neither worked and looked as hadn't worked in years. The TV was unwatchable. Signal was like barely pulling and in and out. The indoor pool they advertised was closed "during covid" as was the attached restaurant. The bed was Terrible. They did have a outdoor pool that was filled with kids and noisy.

Attendant had left the area. This person, who was staying at this ‘hotel’, told me not to stay at this hotel. It was very ‘sketchy’. I than called a phone number written on a piece of paper taped to the front desk. This occurred about 15 minutes after I arrived. After 3 attempts someone, who I am assuming, was the front desk attendant answered the phone. He told me he was assisting someone trying to get into there room. I told him I had been waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes, and asked him when he was going to return. He than told me if I had an issue with that to cancel my reservation. I than left the property, and called Expedia to complain and to seek a refund

There were no washcloths in the room. Although the room was fairly clean the air conditioner was loud and didn't seem to work properly. The hallways & stairs of the building were dirty & trashy. The bed & sheets were clean.

Room was decent, carpet has a lot of stains, tiles from the roof falling in, halls don’t seem to have been vacuumed in months, the room didn’t get cleaned in the 4 days I was there, no trash taken out, no clean towels, nothing. They did serve breakfast and had a working pool though.

Very dirty and moldy bathroom had mold in the tub, toilet, walls and shower curtain

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We have been stuck here for a week fixing our car and they have not bothered us.

Better than most less expensive stays and the hot breakfast was a bonus

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked... The clerk was not at the desk when arriving. The person did leave a small message on a white board giving their phone number to call. The number went directly to voicemail at every time. Finally someone showed up on a bike said they worked there and checked us in. The key card he gave us did not work nor did the second one. They had to come to our room and let us in and asked if we needed to leave for the night that we let them know so they could let us back in. No fridge or microwave..kinda weird.

Cost location and staff. The breakfast was in a pleasant room. The breakfast was all right. The bed was comfortable. There were some maintenance issues in the unit. The shower needed a thorough clean.

The entire hotel was so dirty I had to go to Walmart to pick up my own cleaning supplies and had to pick up my own drano just to unblock the tub. Also had to find my own towels because apparently they just don’t have any on hand ever? Wouldn’t recommend.

I do have to say that the staff was very helpful however, and were able to refund my stay. They were nice, friendly, and apologized for the experience.

Pool wasn't open

Booking.com said they booked me for two queen beds and didn't. not lied about my booking

Bed and shower were clean. Starbucks next door:) Overall, OK place to stay if you’re just driving through.

Breakfast is not much of anything to be honest. There are no staff to refill anything. Rooms could use a carpet cleaning. Shower needed better curtain or draining for the accessible one. Water went ALL over the bathroom floor.
