Unacceptable

Everything; used to stay here for years> never will stay here again.

Paid for the room and then get there and hotel looks run down and flies along with gnats everywhere. When I arrived, was told my room was paid for. Paid for the room online and then said my card was declined when I got there even tho took the payment out and wanted another payment. No help at all. Took the lose and went to QI.

Sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and the replacement sheets we asked for had stains. There was no continental breakfast as promised and no one was around to talk to in the morning. After paying on hotels.com we had to pay again bc they said hotels.com never paid them. We had no choice but to pay bc we were checking in after midnight.

There was barely enough toilet paper in the bathroom for the night and no extra roll.

Should remove them from your options. Horrible filthy place. Had to buy our own toilet paper. So wrong

Wiped water off of the floor, very dirty. Bedspread was thin, didn't look like it was washed in a long time. Bathroom tub had a piece out of it. You could probably cut yourself and it was probably leaking under it. No cups in bathroom or toilet paper.

Holes in wall gave us a room we did not reserve

Plaster repair, not completed in the bathroom The faucet handle in the bathroom did not work well and therefore we could not get hot water

Not clean fridge didn’t work stunk

No heat bathrooms and showers are disgusting. I would not even book my dog to stay here.

The doors was broken into the staff had to let me in because the keys do not work. They put me on a 3rd floor the elevator does not work. They just reopened on monday, and it looks like a crime scene

It was ok until the coffee maker broke The next morning the clerk had a 12 cup coffee maker going thank you an awesome clerk Your WiFi leaves A lot to be desired It goes off without any reason sometimes off for hours at a time then comes back on It needs immediate attention. Thankyou

I did not like anything. The list: It was dirty The staff was running around in pajamas and ratted clothing The front desk lady had no idea what was going on The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on and I woke up feeling like someone beat me up There were tissues stuffed in holes in the wall The was laint drips all over the trim There were stains on the towels The bathtub was stained The wifi didn't work

Thd room was spotless and woman at front desk was very friendly and helpfull.

Property was completely black. Doors locked. Didn’t stay. Would love a refund No thoughts to give parking lot empty lights off. Door locked

Stayed for 3 nights. Toilet ran the entire time. I informed the front desk on the very first day. Bed sheets and linen were discussingly filthy. Room was not serviced my entire stay.

Horrible experience. Worst ever.

This place was one step away from being homeless. As a matter of fact many of the guest appear to live there so they can avoid homelessness. No one was ever at the front desk, they had to continuously make us new key cards as the old ones didn't work after 1 try. We didn't eat the "free" breakfast as all there was available was dry bread and water. Juice dispensers empty. When asked for towels we were told that they were locked up and we would have to wait for the owners to arrive to get any - eventually they took some from another room. The bathroom was disgusting - mold, signs of bacteria everywhere. The hallway carpets were absolutely disgusting, the elevator was broken, the noise was intense from all of the "tenants" partying in the lobby. One of the pillow cases had bodily fluids on it. I would never ever recommend this hotel and I would not be advertising it. Additionally no smoke detector, broken sconces and most of the lights didn't work.
