The room smelled like cigarette it was not nice!!! Otherwise it was OK to spend the night!

No problem.

Breakfast stops early at 9 so didn’t have any. Staff nice and accommodating. Bed really comfy pillows were just ok (small and soft). Only one night stand. Room kind of small. I would have rather had two night stands than chair in corner. Good room for price. Would return.

It was nice and convenient to were we were travelling.

Due to a late snowstorm, we were forced to cut short our stay. The unpredictable lake-effect snows come without warning and can make travel treacherous.

We were there for a short stay. The staff was helpful and accommodated our needs. Nice breakfast, plenty of parking, clean and quiet!

Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice.

And easy . Rooms were extremely clean !! Loved it

There needs to be higher bars in bathrooms to get in and out of tub! Accident waiting to happen. Wanted to pay with with debit card upon checkout but was told that it was billed to card that used to hold the room! I never said to bill my card! Very upset!

Parking was good, staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. I would recommend 100% for a good night s rest while traveling. Most affordable too.

The coffee maker was not working, the room was not clean the price is to high for the tipe of hotel

The room was clean and not as well lit as I would have liked. Being that I am handicapped but not wheel chair bound, it would have been nice to have a chair or chairs in the room. Sitting on the bed was not, at all, comfortable. You do not need those stupid soft chair that sink, to the floor, when seated on. A hard solid armed soft seated chair in the room would have made the room more comfortable. One chair would have been nice. Two would have been wonderful. The frig did not work. The person at the desk came to the room to see about the problem. After several minutes of trying to make the frig operate, it was determined that it was a no go. This person offered us use of the frig in the INN'S kitchen. We declined but made use of the facilities ice. Nothing earth shaking but maybe you should have personnel on duty to take care of problems. I realize it was Sunday evening but you need maintenance personnel 24/7. Now the breakfast. Selection of items was poor. Patrons ahead of my wife and myself took all the available pastries, fruit and the on duty personnel did not seem to notice so that area could be restocked. Come on no bacon, just sausage patties. No home fries, just some wadded up scrambled eggs. Of course you had to make your own waffles, YUCK. Scrambled eggs and yogurt were going to have to make it. Of course coffee. An order in McDonald's would have been better. SEE ABOVE , BED COMFORTABLE FOR SLEEPING. Shower was nice for me. Nicely placed grab handles and a spot for seating to wash off and dry. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The TV seemed to have a nice variety of channels. Your Receptionist was pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible.

Window was cracked with a hole in it. missing fire detector. stains all over comforter.

I like the location and the rooms where while taken care of My body wash container was out that should have been replaced the wifi is not good in the rooms I was there for work and I couldn't work productivly because of that
