But all in all, an excellent stay in a nice facility!

Nice hotel. Bed was very firm. Ac seemed to be running warm, but not horribly hot in room. We arrived for breakfast about 15 minutes before it closed and most food was gone or cold. Easy access right off the highway.

I only booked the room because they said they had a hot tub in the pool room and when I checked in I was informed that the hot tub was indefinitely shut down and covered

Facility was not up to date with their Technology. TV was not WIFI capable

Brent/Assistant Manager was Exceptional..doing many jobs there.....it is being remodeled so we understand. Breakfast as just ok.....No clock in room.....some people at front desk were NOT helpful when asking for info...did not even attempt to google it for us ......no complimentary morning paper..... read above....cost way tooooooooooooooohigh for 2nd nite......way to expensive

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Just wish the pool water was warmer.

I stay at a Hampton Inn mainly because the rooms are nice and the beds are great, solid quality place - this bed was awful, hard and not comfortable at all I am rethinking the Hampton Inn as a go to place to stay because if one can slip on quality they have changed the standards across the whole Sad to see it

The mattress was so uncomfortable I actually considered sleeping on the floor. The pillows were flat and made out of I don't know what I literally balled them up to sleep on them. I traveled with 3 other family members and they all said the same thing about their rooms.

All 4 pillows were flat. The floor felt disgusting and the bathroom floor felt disgusting. The mattress was hard and my hip and back were killing me.

Check in very nice. Guy who was cleaning was not friendly. Breakfast staff and housekeeper very friendly. I don’t mind Hampton using pump soap and shampoo bottles but ours has a half inch of soap in it which was inconvenient for taking a shower. I am favorable to cost-saving measures until the customer is unnecessarily inconvenienced. The person at the desk gave me two tiny bottles for my wife and children to use for their showers. For goodness sake, it’s soap. The hotel seemed well kept. Fitness area had one out of order elliptical, an unplugged treadmill, and the one I used suddenly shut off on me. The area around the hotel was poorly maintained with clover and faded signs. Not up to what I consider Hilton standards.

If you wanted to watch TV in bed you would have to turn the tv towards the bed to get the proper viewing angle. The table and chairs were too close to the bed! NO Hottub👎and the pool was freezing cold. The front desk person (a man-Saturday afternoon) said he had a couple of other complaints but told us the temperature was 84° after checking. The water coming out of the jets in the pool was cold. There’s no way the water could’ve been 84°. We have used the pool in April, Dec and June and this was the only time the pool has been cold! We stay at the Hampton because of the Hottub and pool. For these reasons our stay here was disappointing. I’m not sure if our next stay will be with you☹️
