Pine Tree Inn

Was a great stay. Perfect just for a place to sleep after a long day. The gentleman was so nice and friendly. Really enjoyed conversing with him daily. The only thing that sucked was the water didn’t know what temperature it wanted to be at. Would fluctuate between hot and cold while showering.

Bharat and Priti are genuine lovers of people; they're in the right business. They accommodated my requests and just made my stay stress-free. I was able to get a ride to the airport and they even let me park my truck out of the way until my return. Truly a class act; we know where we'll stay in Medford from now on! Nothing!

I didn't see any breakfast nor was I informed about it? Room was nice, 3 beds is unusual and appreciated. A/C was fine. Travellers always accumulate some trash that needs to be disposed of. So I was disappointed that there was no trash bins outside! Providing a bin for guests is essential!

Was a nice quiet place

Super friendly staff and very clean. They are currently remodeling all the bathrooms and I think it will only get better! The staff really seem to take pride in the place.

The only part that I didn't care for was the shower area. It looked old and in need of a remodel.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner/staff friendly and helpful. Great value if you are just looking for a place to sleep the location is convenient for driving to nearby attractions-but I would probably not go out to wander around on foot at night

Air Conditioning was good.

It was very very very clean. It’s my first time staying in two star hotel that’s clean and very new. I hope it stay like that.

Check in went smoothly, and the owner was so friendly and helpful

Everything was great except the coffee they have one of those like pancake filters, pancake coffee, things you put in it was no good other than that fantastic

The only comment is it would be nice to have an ice machine. Not a deal breaker.

Very clean, attention to detail was great. No weird smells ! Well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Even full size ironing board and iron. Plenty of USB ports for charging. AC unit was not excessively noisy. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
