Signature Inn Medford Downtown

Comfy bed, good water pressure, fresh looking Found a roach in my room and staff said it was because I opened the door. How the hell else am I to get in/out of the room...

Rooms were clean

We stayed here while visiting friends in Ashland and seeing some shows at OSF. It was a great value for the price.

I was in room 107. I believe it was directly under the on-site management or family. The noise did not stop. I could hear them speaking clearly although I didn't understand the language, I could hear kids running around. I think they also have pipe or plumbing issues. It is either their plumbing or someone is walking around upstairs with a stick and pounding on the floor all night long. The whole entire night. When I checked in, I asked the front desk attendant, two pertinent questions: 1. Where can I take my doggie potty? 2. Where can I park? The desk attendant, and no offense, broken english, waived his hands and stated, you are fine. You fne. Well I was not fine. I paid $350 to get my truck back. Around 8 am, the next morning, after a horrible night of noise, I go outside to get in my vehicle, and the tow truck driver already has my truck hooked up. I was parked where I was told I was "fine". It cost me $350 to retrieve my truck! I have pictures. I was parked exactly behind my room 107. Butted up to the hotel building. You will clearly see in the photos,there were no signs on the back side of the hotel. There are no signs at all indicating I was parked on private property and not Sonesta Signature hotel property. It was horrible. I want the owner to be accountable. I want a $350 tow reimbursement. See above

This is definitely the best hotel deal in Medford. The place is super clean, right in the middle of downtown and the price is insanely reasonable. The room was well lit, had a mini fridge and microwave, plenty of towels and a roomy shower and bathroom. I will stay here every time I'm in Medford.

Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.

Clean in the remodeled portion. The front desk staff was incredibly rude.

Nice quiet area with well lit parking close to the rooms. Dog and service animal friendly with a small pee/potty enclosed area for your furry friend. Great Hosts, very clean room, newly remodeled with modern updates. Microwave needs to be up on the desk for more accessibility, add a small table and two chairs for eating and talking, place them on the far bathroom wall. Hang the hair dryer on a wall and install a couple shelves for makeup and travel bags. No place to put bathroom toiletries.

The place was a little bit dirty but not to bad friendly people ok area

Great location. Very clean, modern and nice. Appreciated the complimentary shampoo, condition and body wash in the shower.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the manager was very helpful and friendly. The alley the runs through the middle of the motel attracted a noisy, homeless man one evening.

I enjoyed my stay. Reasonable rates and they accept cash deposits. I do wish they had a microwave but not a big deal
