We stayed one night and on our way to the Seattle area. Our room was clean and we felt safe on this property. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly.

This place is a dump and located in one of the worst parts of the city. I could not allow my wife to stay under the present conditions. How Expedia rated this facility at 8.4 is mind boggling. The hotel management refused to refund the room fees. I booked this facility totally based on the information provided by Expedia. Much better homework is needed before you advertise rooms. Based on this experience, will pre-warn all users to be extremely careful when booking via Expedia.

This is definitely the best hotel deal in Medford. The place is super clean, right in the middle of downtown and the price is insanely reasonable. The room was well lit, had a mini fridge and microwave, plenty of towels and a roomy shower and bathroom. I will stay here every time I'm in Medford.

Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.
