Rodeway Inn Medford South I-5

I thought ev charging is free but they told me they will charge me for the ev charger and it was a slow charger. So i decided to not pay for it.

Really clean and quiet. It was convenient right off the interstate

Breakfast has something to be desired. I am a diabetic and could not have anything that was served.

We’re in Medford a lot for lacrosse and honestly, this is now our go-to. Every room has its own covered parking spot right in front (game changer when you’re hauling gear + kids). Rooms are super clean, recently updated, and no carpet (which I loved). The vibe is small and family-friendly—about 40 rooms all on one level, so it felt safe and easy. Staff was incredibly sweet and made everything simple, even just grabbing fresh towels or dumping trash. Highlight for the kids: there’s a basketball hoop on-site, and the owner’s kid came out and played with ours. It just felt personal and welcoming. The only minor challenge we initially had was breakfast timing. Tournament mornings start early, and with breakfast opening at 7:00 AM, we couldn’t take advantage of it. However, when I mentioned this to the owner and suggested opening earlier during busy sports weekends, they didn’t just listen—THEY ACTED. The next morning, breakfast opened at 6:30 AM to accommodate us. That level of responsiveness and care is incredibly rare. It’s one thing to offer great amenities, but it’s another to truly listen to your guests and make real-time improvements. That alone deserves more than five stars. 10/10 recommend if you’re traveling with family or for sports—this place just gets it 💯

Room for super clean I’ll maintain. Washing machines, dryers ice machine, Coke machine and everything wasn’t working order which was awesome. Only slight issue there was the AC was a little noisy and kept shutting off. Will definitely stay there again!

The shuttle from the airport was great....I called and the van was there for me within minutes. Room was clean, no frills, but a very comfortable bed! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very very basic but it was enough to get my day started right.

Bed is to tall for a short person. I had a hard to getting into bed to sleep.

Clean room, quiet environment

Clean rooms, decent breakfast, decent wi-fi speed. Wi-Fi forces you to sign back in, and breakfast isn't allowed to be taken to the room--otherwise it would be 5 stars

This property was helpful with late checkin, very quiet, very clean and well organized. It had everything we needed Don't expect luxury towels, but they did the job.

Was a good value for the money

Stayed for 1 night a week ago and was so glad I found this hotel. The other hotels in the surrounding area were in a bad location. A lot of homeless yelling, screaming in front of the hotels, but this one was a much better & safe option for my child & I. What I really liked was the shaded carport to park your car literally right in front of your room, a major plus. The bed was extremely soft & didn't hear any noise at all during the night. This was an all around family friendly hotel. There's an area to play basketball & they serve breakfast with a dining area which I wasn't able to see what they were serving. If safety is #1 for you, then come stay here. I stayed for only 1 night but I needed to feel safe & at ease where I stay. The lady at the front desk was also very nice, and the check in procedure was very fast & easy.

This was a basic room that served it's purpose. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast got us started and the price was right.
