Never enough coffee

Comfortable bed. Clean. Large room. The motel could use some refurbishing. It's showing its age. The breakfast offerings were uninspired and too sugary.

Parking, breakfast waffles

Superb

The room was fine however we asked for a handicap room which they provided. However, the toilet was not a handicap one. It was low and the rails to help get up from the toilet. We're way too short. They can't have ADA require requirements with that set up. I strongly suggest that when advertising a hotel to let people know that the handicap room has a roll in shower however the toilet is not high, which is what accommodate is most handicap people.

The hotel room was a very good value. It was a good, basic room with all the helpful necessities. The covered parking is a big plus. The staff was helpful and efficient. I would stay here again, and recommend the hotel to others looking for a good value basic room.

Decent location Dirty room. Visible stains on the chairs and bed skirt. Dirty floor. Everything else was fine.

Easy access in and out. Clean The beds a little too hard other than that it was nice. The breakfast was ok the waffle mix sucks the batter is either not prepared well or is old. The milk taste like powdered milk.

Not much The mini fridge was noisey, the swamp cooler was extremely loud the breakfast ended at 9 am and the breakfast area was inundated with the owners family they ate first.

The check in/check out were a breeze, and the staff was friendly! I gave it a good rating for location and price as well. A basic hotel that is Close to downtown with many food choices. Also fairly close to Jacksonville which is where we were going for music. If your expectations are not high, the price is definitely fair! I would stay here again.

It was very clean and in a great location. Staff was considerate. It was also very quiet. The refrigerator leg was broken, but when I reported it, they fixed it temporarily and said they would get it fixed permanently as soon as possible.

Hanging plants were half dead from not being watered. Ice/soda room had some sticky black stuff all over the floor. Older motel. It was ok. Breakfast was nothing special. I've paid less and Breakfast was way better. Oh and they gave us a handicapped room, we did not ask for one nor did we need one.

Very good

I rarely write reviews, but I just had one of the most comfortable sleeps ever, the sheets are SO SOFT! The room is silent, cannot hear any outside or neighboring room noise, your parking spot is just feet from your door making suitcase moving effortless. I loved the hanging baskets of flowers I front of each room and the fresh mint growing in planters . Well done!
