The room smelled like secondhand smoke and it was clearly dated but it worked for what I needed it for - a decent place for a two night stay. I always try to find unique downtown hotels so I can experience the heart of the town I'm in, but this location didn't have much going on around it. Kind of rundown and virtually no pedestrian traffic or summer downtown activities. Incredibly limited in walkable restaurants too. Kind of sad for such a historic town. I'll look for different locations to try on my next trip here.

It was a great one night stay. I wouldn’t stay longer or come here for vacation, but it was perfect for passing by.

Clean, good value for the money. Would stay again.

Also, we checked in at about 10:30, but when we were worried about time the front office was nice enough to stay a little later in case we were running late. We ended up making it on time, and the guy in the front was super nice- check in was easy. This was a great stop for us! We’d make this a stop again in the future!

The Internet was good and I was able to check in earlier than I anticipated.

Clean rooms. Smooth check-in. Great location where you can walk to dinner and morning coffee. I’ll stay there again.

We enjoyed the room, which was older, but well taken care of and comfortable, and the location was ideal. Check-in required entering vehicle license plate and facial photograph (to be kept up to 7 years, according to terms and conditions) into an automated system of some kind. This requirement was not made clear during booking. My booking was non-refundable, and my family was tired from the drive, so I felt compelled to accept, but it left me with a bad feeling about over sharing my personal data. If the owners felt the need to put this system in place due to suspicious activity, I can empathize. As a customer, this practice felt manipulative.

Super cute remodeled motel. Staff was very pleasant. They also had options for EV charging.

The staff had free freshly made cookies, and the rooms were updated and very cute! They also had lots of fun plants. I would stay here again.

Old-fashioned motels can be fun. I was impressed with how clean the room and premises were. The room felt spacious and had all that I required but for hair conditioner. I was very pleased.

Much better than we expected. Wonderfully decorated rooms with everything you need.
