clean room , breakfast all good

Everything was good. Things to improve on: modern TV and elevator.

It was an amazing experience

The place is average and was worth the money for travelers who spent most of the time outside than in the hotel. The staff is excellent and do their best to keep up and maintain the facility. Free parking and a quick breakfast were very helpful for the travelers.

The bathroom sink water flow was a trickle and toilet handle was not set properly. The pillows were too soft. The breakfast was very limited.

Let’s start with the good… the lobby are was clean and tidy. The front desk clerk was nice. The bad… the elevators did not work which made it extremely hard especially being on the 4th floor.

I wanted to like this because the staff were absolutely wonderful but that is unfortunately the only good thing to say about the place. The room had a weird smell and was not very clean. Breakfast hours were not communicated well at all and the WiFi signal is basically nonexistent. To make matters worse if you have Verizon you will have no service once you step into the building. For the price there are better places to stay in Melbourne, don’t waste your time with this place. It has soured my opinion of the Marriott name.

Only problem was the first day there was no elevators. Rest of stay only one working.

Great breakfast

This hotel was average. The room was clean and for a room with four people registered to stay in it they only by hotel policy stock the bathroom with three bath towels. This makes absolutely no sense. The breakfast was your average continental breakfast. Nothing spectacular and the times for breakfast are too short as during the week breakfast is from 630-900. During our stay both elevators were out of service. One was out of service at the beginning of our stay and the other went out on our last day. Letting both elevators go out at the same time is absurd. We will be looking for a different hotel when we stay in the area in the future.

Looked a bit dated on outside, but once inside it was decent.

Very good location. Parking is ample. Room was good except there was a strong smell like someone smoked before. It’s not fresh

Upgrade the internet and WiFi service

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was great, breakfast could use some touching up. Eggs say caged free but reminded me of powdered eggs.

The elevator was out of service during the stay

Los asensores se dañaron desde el primer dia y no los arreglaron, la limpieza estaba regular. Muchos niños corriendo por los pasillos, las escaleras y en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo.

I have only given this property 4 stars as they have stopped the 24 hr coffee and the TV stopped working (no channels) which took about 2 hrs to rectify through the provider.
