Los asensores se dañaron desde el primer dia y no los arreglaron, la limpieza estaba regular. Muchos niños corriendo por los pasillos, las escaleras y en las habitaciones. No lo recomiendo.

I have only given this property 4 stars as they have stopped the 24 hr coffee and the TV stopped working (no channels) which took about 2 hrs to rectify through the provider.

The staff was always helpful and very pleasant. The facility was clean and easy access. Our issue was the musty smell in the room and the very soft bed. It just wasn't a pleasant sleep for us for the four days we stayed.

I had a quick overnight stay. The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the price was excellent. I would stay here again!

Me gusta muchísimo este hotel ya nos hemos quedado varias veces aquí y siempre tienen buen trato y mejor servicio. El desayuno también es excelente… lo recomiendo 100%

Very convenient location for my personal needs visiting friends and going to a Comicon and also to Cape Kennedy. Very good breakfast buffet and very clean all over. Would have liked a restaurant or cafe

The price was great, the room smelled and looked clean, and the breakfast was awesome.

Clean and well taken care off Teens and kids running in the hallway and very loud playing baseball and other things in the hallway

Everything here has been really nice, except for the swimming pool. It is really disgusting, not one person can swim here.

My room was uncomfortable because the air conditioner smelled like mildew. The bedding was not clean I had to ask for a clean bedskirt. The pillow had stains on it. The bathroom floor was not mobbed.

We walked in the room and decided to not stay at the hotel and got a refund. It was so dirty and smelled so bad. Stains all over a chair when you walked in

The room is great and clean. But the noise next room is noticeable next to ours.

I don't eat breakfast, but wish the coffee, tea and cream/sugar were available 24/7. Not all travelers in FL are tourists. More supportive bed. AC with less noisy fan.
