Everything was ok, the staff was better than everything else

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The man who set up the breakfast buffet did a great job. Food was good 👍 Only negative was the questionable people hanging around. Think you should do more about security.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was ahhhh. AC worked great. Pool was down for maintenance and only one elevator. Area is a little sketchy with homeless people walking around but they weren’t on the property.

To start off, when I called the hotel to ask if they offered early check-in, no one answered the phone for 10 minutes. After two more attempts, I finally got a response. I asked if they were busy, due to Independence Day weekend, but was met with a “Not especially,” from an employee. When we checked in, my partner and I were informed that trash would be taken out, and towels would be replaced every morning. After our first night in the hotel, our trash was not collected, nor were we supplied fresh towels. It should be noted that we did not have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our room door during the entirety of our stay. Regardless, we had to empty our trash ourselves at night. Throughout the week, staff attendance was inconsistent at best. During the middle of the day and evenings, the front desk was often left empty and unattended, so tracking down assistance was a job in itself. The “buffet breakfast” included: sausage patties, undercooked eggs, stale toast/bagels, and yogurt was served. Every day, the waffle maker would frequently run out of batter in the middle of breakfast, not being refilled. The outside pool is actually shared with Days Inn. So, you are competing with those guests for access. We just decided it was best to drive to the beach. I immensely regret selecting this hotel and, of course, I do not recommend this hotel.

Good convenient place close to the freeway. Great for a one night passing through stay.

Reception guy’s behavior was little weird. I can say not worm welcomed to the hotel. Breakfast was not good . Parking was not bad.
