Comfort Inn & Suites Melbourne-Viera

Very good

Very good

Very clean

The staff was friendly and catered to all my needs. The mattresses on both beds were no comfortable at all.

Free parking, free breakfast (although very poor choice) Room smelled of mould, poor choice during breakfast

Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room... great access off of I-95 for travelers going north or south

Friendly staff. Breakfast good All good

Clean Nothing

Room and property were as expected. Breakfast was a little lacking, and assistance was minimal.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I was going through a very stressful time, but staying there made things much easier for me.

Exceptional

The room was clean except for an odd odor and the front desk staff is helpful. The location isn't the greatest, not a fault of the hotel, and some guest were loud all night, smoking and smoke detectors or some sort of loud beeping noise. Disappointed my concern wasn't taken more seriously and dismissed cause no one else said anything. Next night was much better. The rooms though are really well kept.
