The hotel was so BAD I was dying to leave the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, it was the 4th of July 2026, and I had an event that was pre planned with nowhere to sleep for the night.

Very nice staff. Coffee ready at 4:30am was great! Could use some upgrades in the room. Air conditioner was a little loud but not really an issue for us.

Our first day we headed for several of the great Melbourne thrift stores, where we found exactly what we were looking for. We drove to friendly restaurants not far away in town. The Hampton Inn breakfast was fresh and good. All in all, a good place to stay.

Security/safety issue. Side entrance door doesn’t lock. Staff said they ordered a replacement and waiting on it.

Room 109 needs attention. Mold due to shower grout missing in handicapped room. Housekeeping was good but did not like having service only every other day.

Ac worked fine, staff when we checked in very rude. Hotel needs to be redone!

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Rm A/C worked as expected.
