Booking had me book this hotel and then provided me with the wrong Address to the hotel and refused to switch the property. I never got to see it I didn’t even get to stay there because booking.com made a mistake they refuse to own it and refund my money as I had to pay another $209 at the property they sent me too

On arrivaly room toilet was clogged and had to have maintenance fix it, and the room phone rang and rang when I tried to call the front desk. Then I found out my room phone was not getting through at all. Otherwise the room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. The toilet stoppage and phone issues mentioned above.

Breakfast was great, and clean place to stay.

A/C was loud and rattled while running, didn’t cool consistently. Something dark brown was smeared across inside of bathroom door. Curtains were broken and partially hanging off the rail. USB and accessory outlets broken / not functional. Ongoing painting / repairs / renovations on first floor. There were also a lot of gnats flying around throughout the hotel, including inside our room. This hotel gets 3 stars - one because we were able to check in early, one because the location was convenient, and one because the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly impressive.

The location is very good breakfast was good There was a lot of fruit flys in the hallway and in my room I went and bought big spray other than that my stay was awesome thanks
