The TV setup in the room was the worst I have evr seen in a hotel. No logic to the station selections or their place in the list. the numbering system to find a station was nuts. Not a single piece of paper to explain any of the above. Grade: F-. The remote control was the cheapest one I have seen since the 1970s.

A very dated property to be connected to Wyndham. Disappointing. Rooms were clean enough, bed sagged a little, however. Rooms are no smoking, and I had to move rooms because I was between other guests that sat outside on the walkway and smoked heavily. No consideration for a smoking area and non-smoking area. Not exactly welcoming, strictly business. When I went back in and asked to change rooms, the attendant behind the desk did so but obviously I was disturbing her to do it. Fine for one night, but nothing more. Would not stay there again.

The customer service deserves a special mention. I accidentally left my sweater in the room and realized it about an hour later. I called the front desk, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. When I returned, they already had my sweater waiting for me in the lobby. That level of honesty and efficiency is greatly appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that this is truly a roadside hotel designed for people passing through rather than a vacation resort. Guests come and go at all hours, so the atmosphere is more functional than relaxing. If you're looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to sleep before getting back on the road, it's an excellent choice. Families with small children may simply want to keep them close, as the environment is that of a busy travel stop rather than a destination where people spend time enjoying the property. Overall, the owners and staff are doing an excellent job keeping the hotel clean, welcoming, and well organized. I would definitely stay here again for an overnight stop on a road trip. The only minor downside is that this is a busy roadside hotel with guests coming and going at all hours, so it feels more like a convenient travel stop than a vacation destination. That wasn't a problem for us, but it's something future guests should know.

My son and I enjoyed our stay and looked forward to our waffles in the morning. We enjoyed everything. However our next door neighbors had several guests over several nights and the smoking was rather heavy that came into our room.

The property is run down. The front desk office is like a connex box with a sort of nice sitting area and a corner of that is the continental breakfast. The front office is completely detached from the sleeping bldg/rooms. The entry door of the rooms have gaps big enough for bugs to enter room. The vents were old and rusted and big enough for rodents to crawl in if they entered from the roof and got inside the building. I found 4 roaches in the first room and after they moved me into another room, I found 2 more in that one… No thank you, never again!
