King Room wasnt ready 2 hours after my check in, took a 2 bed room just to get out of rain. Bedding on BOTH beds seemed damp. Made for uncomfortable sleep

Nice place and staff Nothing

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. The receptionist tried to put us in another room but it had mold on the lamps.

I liked the location and the water pressure and the hot water I was locked out of your room because of malfunctioning door hardware for over an hour. The staff could only say that their team does not start until 9:00 a.m. with no care in the world that me and my daughter were locked out of the room and you would have to wait for them to arrive as soon as they could. There was not much exceptions for breakfast. The lady in the box at check-in was very unpleasing and not willing to be understanding. She was unpleasant did not seem friendly.

The fact that it says newly renovated, and it has never been renovated

Nobody came to change the sheet on the bed & towels the whole we were there.

The property and room was very clean and the bed was cozy The remote still didn’t work right even after staff told me it did it literally took me 30 minutes just to flip through 4 channels and it doesn’t work with hdmi hookups. Also the pods didn’t fit the coffee pot they were too long and too thin and we only had one caffeinated coffee

No staff just a “zoom type “ kiosk It’s too bad because it’s so convenient for my trips to Melbourne.

Trying to sleep here, fourth night, they rénovated for the look but forgot about soundproofing. The communicating chambers are the worst, its like being in the same room as the neighbor but they don’t realise it. A 1 inch gap under the doors means no sound proofing at all. Way too expensive. bland breakfast, frozen potatoes are just reheated.. sausages are stiff..

Swimming pool was closed

Room was spacious and clean. Great location - right next to I-95. plenty or room outside to walk my dog. Reasonable price for room with the $15 pet charge Paint in bathroom peeling in places. Extra charge for one small dog. $100 deposit on credit card for stay.

Everything The toilet was not working properly in my room so advised the front desk about the problem and I was told that I could deal with it that maintenance was not available until the next day or I could move to another room which I did. I do not think that I should have been given a choice. Thank you

Coffee in the room No place to sit outside. Airco s did not worked well and they were very loud.

The room was terribly dirty and poorly maintained. Sections of the molding inside were completely missing, and the bottom door seal was gone, leaving a gap that let in non-stop noise from people talking and yelling outside throughout the night. To make matters worse, the AC unit was extremely loud and rattled continuously. I couldn't get a single hour of sleep and was almost tempted to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had—completely disappointing, and I will never stay here again.

Very clean and neat rooms. The breakfast was very good. Nothing
