Having an employee light cigarettes up as she's walking out of the door, then to put her phone on speaker and talk loud while spread out on the bench next to the entrance is absolutely wild. We won't be returning for that reason. We have decided to stay elsewhere during our stay in Brevard.

The property is great. The only complaint is the lights were out on the vanity mirror in the bathroom.

Hotel was clean. The staff was nice. My boyfriend left his cologne and they brought it down for us. I liked how Dove products were provided. The hotel was clean for the most part. There was one corner of the room that kind of smelled. Also a musty smells in the entire room. The breakfast was cold. Cold eggs, stale bagel, and there wasn't many options. We basically had bread for breakfast the whole stay.
