Don't go here if ur not Hispanic had no wifi 2 days. Seen a baby roach as we were leaving and some kind of flying termite looking thing my opinion the staff was not at all helpful didn't answer phone 1 time always busy

Quiet and clean with an exceptional staff.

Great staff Barbara, Nada, and Rachel are excellent. Housekeeping is great as well at cleaning, and maintaining the needs of towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend this area.

There were roaches in my bedroom

Smelled like cigarettes, trashed hallways and towels riped up

The next day I spoke with lady in the front office about the situation and was told there was nothing she could do until Mon. I could not spend a second night trying to sleep on the very high bed in that room. It was torched trying to sleep there the one night, so we went to our Melbourne house which had no running water because the whole house was being re-piped. I spoke with 2 ladies in the office on Monday & they said there was nothing they could do. We asked if a yellow couch or yellow big chair could be taken out of a vacant room for me to sleep sitting on it and they said "No, that can't do that. The renters who had stayed in that room prior to us had ruined the yellow couch in that room and it had to be taken out. We were also told I had booked thru Expedia so Expedia had to pay me back. I contacted Expedia & gave her all the information; she said they would contact me. Hotel note sai $419. back

Staff was amazing, the lady at front office was so helpful, cheerful and always smiling (apologies, forgot her name). The place was clean and a great value for money.
