Room was ok but had a funny, sour smell…i couldn’t find the source at first but it was the AC. It was like a mold smell that affected my sleep and I woke up not feeling well. I was unable to speak with anyone because front desk at closed for the evening and was closed when I left. Would I stay here again probably not…I can’t afford to become ill because of lack of service on AC unit filter/air flow

i liked the staff especially rachel. one of the ladies was really rude to me and my boyfriend and caught an attitude with me and him.

nothing all facilities were filthy refused a refund even thought putting a child in this bed would be inhumane

Although the staff was really great, it was my mistake to choose this hotel. Room was poorly kept. The entire hotel smelled. Just not a place I’d return to, even on a budget. Not sure I even got what I paid for, at that low price

This hotel needs a major change. The moment I arrived, I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. There was homeless people outside of the entrance. I was told by 2 different Uber drivers that this hotel was government assisted, a homeless shelter, and adrug rehab hotel. The rooms smelled horrible, the furniture was used and abused, people walking through the halls and talking throughout the entire night. This is definitely not a place to stay at. We had to leave the next day and go find another hotel somewhere else. Do not stay here

Easy check in; room was clean; beds were comfortable and hot shower was able. I did not like that the front desk counter was not open before 10:00 am and there was no drop box to leave your key card. There was homeless people and their dogs sleeping in their cars in the parking lot after 10:00 pm.

The girl at the counter was very nice and professional Roaches, all night. 14 hr drive, to tired to leave. So bad we had to put our luggage back in our vehicle so as not to bring them home. Another room was offered but guaranteed those were in the same condition. Didnt expect the Wynn but roaches?

The front desk Rachel still had her name tag on was getting high with coworker/friend on the side of the building. I'm trying in enjoy my night to have to listen to her complain about her check ins and check outs
