They put us out at 10 pm and kept my deposit.

This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it maintained. I seen 2-3 employees all during the day.

The only good thing is the front desk attendant was nice. That’s was all. The room was terrible from the walls being scratched to the bathroom sink have a hole that was plastered over. Space for a refrigerator but one not present. The ironing board covered stained and broken. The iron cord prongs were bent making it unusable. The mattress were stained under the torn pad. With suspicious black specks. The flooring in the room, bathroom, and third floor hallway have soft spots. Some of the “guest” appears to be long term tenants. Don’t believe the positive reviews or photos they are all a dupe.

Staff lies! Pool has been under construction forever! Windows are dirty and it smells like a dirty mop inside…do not book here

The kid working the desk when I left was very helpful. This place needs a lot of repairs. I'm going to focus on the plumbing. The toilets (at least on 3rd floor) barely flush. I saw another guest had to go buy a plunger for his room. There are broken windows and missing room numbers. But the plumbing is very worrisome.

Way too expensive for what it was and where it is.

Breakfast was a dry pantry with no juice or milk. They had coffee at least.

Photos of the property are well outdated, the property doesn't look like the website photos, a run down place probably nice in 1990 but not now. Travelers Beware ! A dump Let me check in early

Clean room, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Would definitely book again. Air conditioner making constant loud racket. I was expecting a hot tub but I came to find it was removed. Breakfast of Frosted Flakes and bagels, but better than nothing.

The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not very good bagels. They look at the building itself was rough. The awning had been hit and never repaired overall not what we expected it to be I believe in getting what you pay for, but this is not close to what we pay for will not be going back to a red roof inn anytime soon

-Pool was closed -First thing toilet wouldn't flush & phone in room didn't work. -Staff was nice & switched us rooms. 👍 -Next room just had a loud A/C -Almost all ice machines were broken... After asking only one on the far end of hotel was working. -Breakfast was less than expected but at least it was there. -Overall not worth what the room cost.
